We launched an interesting offer for investors: selecting a startup according to specified criteria (markets/segments/stage).

Until the end of September, you can get a list of already evaluated projects for free after you fill out a short form on the site.

I confess I did not understand anything... are you giving money to anyone who wants to start a business and you will becoming a 20% partner? Or do you have companies that you rated, and only people will have the opportunity to invest in companies that you already rated?

Basing on what i have read up into their site

We developed criteria for investment attractiveness of startups and identified a number of "red flags" that indicate potential risks. With us, you will receive project data from our analysts who will give you tangible benefits when building your investment strategy.

Seems like they are just giving out their service as an advisor for those so  called investors and telling them about red flags and risk level on the investment that they are trying to engage. (Correct me if im wrong).

I understand, but what I still don't understand is why they charge this:



why the hell would anyone give them 20%? why they don't charge a fixed amount and in dollars? something like $10,000 for the consulting services provided. and they are anonymous, another red flag

20% share or part of company for their consulting services? No crazy company owner would take this deal.

Its no surprise that this is an another shitty project that would bite in the dust.There are some better alternatives than to risk on this one.

We decided to go the other way and started investing in selected startups ourselves. There are small achievements: the project in which we invested reached an estimate of $ 2M.

Fyi http://money.utopia.black/en is not accessible in my end, it's lip service you have to prove that, what company you've invested that and accept your service to reach that amount and they should acknowledge your team for helping the project reach that amount, when it comes to service of this kind there should be testimonials.

You can find many reviews in our slack chat (leave mail and I will add you) or in the media after the first release (the media is not interested in the group of business angels that invested $200K in a couple of projects)
