I have seen a couple of new sites in the past months and I can guarantee that all the features you have listed below are available. There are so many new gambling sites and every one of them are working on giving out the best to their players, the unfortunate thing with new sites is the rampant scam sites that are also offering  this very nice services.

Personally I am happy with the options that casinos offer.
A good enhancement that I would like to see is more betting options for deice rolling. For example not only to gamble for over or under a specific number but also gamble for a number. Maybe I want to roll until I find the number 50. But this is not available right now.
