Set your goals, set your amount of stop loss. then after that improve your strategy and abilities in crypto trading and investment. Bitcoin is gain if you manage investments well

The bitcoin price isn't moving anywhere,which is kinda weird.Maybe the price volatility is so low,because most of the big traders and crypto whales are on vacation.
BTC price will go down to 1000 USD some day.I'm pretty sure about that,but the important question is when will this happen.I'm not a bitcoin hater,don't get me wrong,but the western world will ban crypto trading and mining some day.We just have to HODL for the right time and sell at the highest possible price.

Do not listen what some people say. Do you own research, analysis, learning. If you are convinced that it will down to $1000 then isn't it wise to sell the BTC you have now and buy again? With the price you will get I think you can buy 10x amount of BTC then.

I agree we all have different opinion you would see that there would be some people who would tell you to sell and there are some who would tell you to hold.
So you should be the one to decide on your money it would be your loss or gain so you are the one who should know how to manage it.

I in my right mind can say that the possibility for Bitcoin to go down to $1000 is very near to zero. I ain't going to sell my coins unless it hit's $100K or over. Untl then I am going to keep fucking my one and only girlfriend :-P

Some of them are just doing it to take out the weak holders specially newbies.
If you aint that strong then you will bite at it. But take it as a lesson.

Believe me there needs to be a lot of stuff going bad in order to get bitcoin to 1000 dollars, it is almost impossible at this stage of bitcoin, if we go into bear run then you will have a lot of time before we reach there as well, nothing can make bitcoin go that low quickly, it would take over a year to reach there in the end. So, unless we go into some bear spiral soon there won't be any sort of going down and definitely not any sort of going down that much.

Maybe we will have some sort of increase on this that would see it go a lot higher and then we will drop to a price that is higher than this, that is the only feasible approach right now for a big drop, like lets say price goes to 30 thousand and then drops to 15 thousand, that is 50% lost which is bad but still higher than now.

When bitcoin was 3200$, many people predicted that it will touch 2000$ or 1000$ but that never happened. Now that bitcoin is above is above , how can anyone believe this 1000$ prediction.

There is only one way that bitcoin goes to 1000$ or even zero. Guess what it is ?  Only if there is any flaw found in the bitcoin blockchain which is not possible.

I think you are just creating this topic just to pull our legs and you also know the truth yourself because your activity is up to 406 which means that you have been very active in this forum for a long time and looking at your account, it was created since 2017, so I think by now, you should have really been much more mature about bitcoin for you to be listening to those lazy ass that wants to just create unnecessary panic thinking that they will get the opportunity they have never gotten before or missed when bitcoin was $1000.

There is no point to believe with other people said because they want to use the advantage of panic people so they can buy bitcoin at a low price. One thing that you should know that the price in the cryptocurrency can down at any time, so you need to prepare yourself if the price is down. I don't think that the price will go down lower than $5000 or even you got rumours that the price will go down $1000.

Those people do not really know what they are talking about, many investors concentrate on how high the price has gone but if you look at the lows you will realize that each year the low has been higher than in the previous years, so in the worst case scenario I see bitcoin reaching a price between 5k and 6k which is still a decent price and depending on the price at which you bought it could still be enough to give you some small profits or at least it will allow you to break even.

if you are a btc HODLer you should know better then to react to this bs anymore

in this case it is either people who are trying to get others to sell or just the ones who do not understand the market
even if the crash happens ,  the price won't drop below 3000$ mark and for that something extraordinary must happen
something like banning bitcoins in the US and other countries , or  a serious vulnerability found
if I were you , I would set a target price to sell at  and never bother until it reaches it

People do keep speculating into things that they are currently seeing thats why they do say even more lower.Some might just giving out some fuds or simply doesnt have an idea on what they are saying.$1000 price is too low to consider yet we know that BTC is already big when it comes to support and adoption.It might not be on full phase yet but somehow we are already moving.For OP, dont ever listen into words that you would able to hear around because anytime this would really be just a common scenario knowing that there are short traders and long term holders which you can definitely hear up different sentiments on what would happen ahead.

For now the best thing to do is to keep those coins into a cold storage and just hold no matter what happen.Dont listen on words that fly around because if you do let yourself hear out those things it will just stress you out and in result you would do bad decisions or the worst you would sell off those coin cheaper.

If you are a new holder and worries about what they say, you need to get used to it every time someone tells that it will go down or it will be gone.

We're immune to those kind of words and you shouldn't be affected with those. Ask the person that said that on how many bitcoin he/she is holding. If the answer is none, that person is just trying to pursue you to sell.

$1000 bear calls?! it might have been believable in november/december last year, but not anymore.

I'd go the other way, follow the forum and the general sentiment but also keep your own mind on direction.     I believe in the contrarian type of thinking that when people refuse to consider a possibility it then becomes more likely as that avenue is now unguarded.
    I think we can go down and when you observe the thread titles to reflect despair you may then find greater value.   Its an ironic thing, you could take it too far but I very much think its a valid strategy to observe the crowd or 'the herd' of popular opinion and watch how they run between obvious points of buying and selling.

  Its like bluffing in a poker game, you can over play your hand but also its smarter to buy when everyone is gloomy or the other side overconfident.   I guess its very cynical but also people can be predictable in their absense from the market when it has the greatest opportunity.  The inverse is that people often get carried away and think the price will double every few months forever - there is no way for this to be true so you have that wall to work off when predicting price direction imo.

For "chances", yes it has a possibility that BTC might fall down on that price level. However, chances are very very very low to the point that you can't really imagine how it will turn out like that.

Just look at the recorded bitcoin price low during the dominance of the bearish market the whole year 2018. In other words, for that $1,000 to happen, it needs a big, major, worldwide catastrophe which is I can't think of happening, at least for several years later or it will not really happen at all. Bitcoin already established a good foundation and no one can bring it down in a quick.

Now, for the question of will you sell your BTC or hodl it for long, you are the one who must decide on it based on your own thought after reading different opinions.
