A bonus is exactly that, it needs to be earned and shouldn’t be expected during every round. If we have a killer round and exceed 10BTC, a bonus would indeed by justified.

I don't understand why people aren't reinvesting. It's the only way to keep deposits rolling.

Maybe because it resets after 12 hours so people just decide to wait until the start of the next round. Ponzis with longer time between resets seem to have a more steady flow of deposits.
