Attending cryptocurrency events

I'm going to a cryptocurrency event next week and am really excited to meet people who are interested in blockchain technology like me. Have you guys ever been to a cryptocurrency event and if so, how was it?

This kind of events i wanted to participate with because for sure it can give me more knowledge about crypto currency and blockchain technogy. To be able to meet fellow crypto enthusiasts in the vicinity as well and share some good and bad experiences on crypto investments and how to overcome thus things to become a good crypto investor in the future.

I just attended one single cryptocurrency get-together event in my entire life and the experienced was eye-opener to me as I realized that there is really a growing number of people who are interested with this industry. Most of the people I met at that even are all so positive about Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptos and many of them expressed an interest to hold more digital assets. Now, I am hoping you can have a blast of an experience in there, too.

I never attended a Blockchain event. However, I often see invitations on social media such as Facebook and Twitter that there is a seminar on Blockchain. It seems very interesting because the seminar will add to our knowledge, especially we can also find new friends.

With the show, it clearly proves that the more crypto develops and many people are still curious about Bitcoin.

I've been to one lecture on blockchain adoption and one discussion of cryptocurrencies. I was also planning to attend another lecture, but I accidentally missed it. It's nice to meet people who know what cryptos are and believe that they can be good for society one way or another. Such events can be very different, but I hope you'll like the one you're going to attend. Unfortunately, some of them are basically just making money, they have high entrance fees and unpopular projects being presented. Unless you're planning to sign a contract between your company and some crypto token company, I wouldn't go there. But meetups and lectures and be nice.

There are a lot Bitcoin conferences, events, courses and similar. It's hard to choose sometimes because some are good and some not.
I was at one international crypto conference and it was really useful and interesting with quality speakers and great for making contacts.
Before you go to the event try to find who are attendees, speakers, agenda, organizers, that is how you'll get idea if event is worth attending or not.

The last event (seminar) I attended was a diaster. Some group of individuals came together to organize a promotional event with the disguise of bitcoin seminar. All through the seminar the MLM using bitcoin as a payment option was the topic of discussion, can't remember if they did explain actually what bitcoin was all about or the technology behind it etc. I have stop attending bitcoin seminar especially does advertised via radio stations. If you're from my side of the world (Nigeria), you can relate to what I'm talking about. Hardly before you see a genuine gathering where the sole purpose is to discuss bitcoin without any service/, project promotion.

Although I have also seen news of successful bitcoin conference mainly in Lagos but haven't experienced one myself, might consider attending one maybe in the near future but for now no experience to share.

Mostly bitcoin-focused conferences and meetups.

It's great to hang out with likeminded people, and it's very easy to start conversations because you already know everyone in the room is into that subject.

This is totally a good idea, not bad at all. Attending cryptocurrency events doesn't just allow you meet up with people who have same interest as you, but also lets you learn and gain more insights in the process. This is an opportunity that new investors, and anyone willing to learn more in the field should be opened to. Totally recommendable.

 Attending a cryptocurrency event is a good positive activity. It does not only give me energy diligence and enthusiasm but update my knowledge about my current condition. I would like to attend such meetings and conferences in the future if it could possible for me. Because I am living in a remote country. But if there has the facility of online meetings or sessions in the future, I will join such kind of meeting and conference because I wish to have good knowledge & updates about Bitcoin.

Last May 1st, I have attended probably the biggest NFT metaverse GameFi event in the Philippines known as #NFTMetaverseGameFi2022. You can Google about that and it was way beyond my expectations. It's the first crypto event that I've attended after more than 2 years due to the pandemic.

The event was a success and hopefully there will be more to come this year as we're slowly moving on from this dreadful COVID-19 pandemic, hopefully no more lockdowns and restrictions like what China's situation is right now.
