11 days and transaction still uncofirmed

Hello all. I am new to bitcoin. 11 days ago I sent I sent over 0.0089 btc to my ledger nano s and still haven't received (ledger says "Not confirmed (0 confirmations)".
Being that this is the first time experiencing such an issue I thought nothing of it but as the days go by I start to wonder how long is this going to take. I don't know if a low fee was used to send the transaction as I just sent over from an exchange.

When I look up the tx on the blockchain it says confirmed with 1.5k+ confirmations but it says unspent.

If the fees used for this transaction are too low how do I go about this? I've tried using a btc accelerator and it says my transaction is already confirmed. At this point I'm completely baffled. Hope someone can help!

The problem was solved by clearing the cache on ledger live.

There seems to be a problem with Ledger Live. Go to the settings, select 'Help' and click on 'Clear cache'. This will force a resynchronization with the blockchain.

I hope something wrong with the ledger live. If clearing cash does not work then just uninstall it and then reinstall again. It should work.

You can also use their (ledger) chrome extension instead of Ledger live.

Another thing is coming in my head that - you sent the coins to the right address? I hope you did.

I am a regular Ledger Nano user and I never faced it too.

Did you double check if this is really your address?

I would uninstall ledger live and install Electrum.org wallet.

Then you open your ledger device with Electrum (better software) and check the balance.

If it is still zero, you sent your coins to the wrong address . You may have felt in a phishing clipboard malware or something like that. Did you see the address in your ledger nano led visor?

No one mentioned that it's already confirmed... yes it was.
If blockexplorers like blockchain.com doesn't show "x confirmations" or "unconfirmed", it already have hundreds of confirmations.

Additionally, it got the first confirmation in just 2 hours after you broadcast it, so it should be your Ledger live app.

The chrome extension might be deprecated anytime and it still relies on Ledger nodes. Pairing the Nano S with Electrum would be a much better recommendation.

I use my Ledger nano S with ledger live, chrome extension, Electrum. Whenever I feel the one is convenient. I am just a lazy guy, do whatever my mind wants to do :-P

Anyway, I really hope OP sent the BTC to a correct address. We do not know anything yet since he has not respond yet.

Final balance on 3GX6WxgZzLhB8ZKbGso6Lqh3neEhxiUn9H is 0.82526169 BTC, and first transaction is dated to 2019-07-09, so we can assume that OP is  is not exactly new and that this is not his first time to make transaction.

I would remove completely Ledger Live (uninstall+delete Ledger Live folder), then install latest version. But maybe before that he can try to remove Bitcoin app, sometimes this can be problem. So go to Ledger Manger and remove Bitcoin app, then just install it again and restart Ledger Live.

Yes I did check and it is the correct address I've purchased btc in the past and have been accumulating over the past couple months, this is the reason for the high balance in the wallet. I will try out the fixes you guys have suggested. The btc is in my ledger live balance but when I click on the transaction (on my ledger live) it shows 0 confirmations so I figured maybe something was wrong with my transaction (ie. low transaction fee.)
