Pay your attention to ICNQ project. Those guys are based in Germany and it seems like they are doing a great work. At the beginning the total supply was 20m and they have burned a half to make it 10m tokens.
There no assurance in your statement because you said it seems like. Any project that we are going to invest in now should not be under probability but should be under assurance that the project is solid and even if they have a low cap in the market, the most important thing now is the product they offer to public, the product must be in such a way that it will be able to attract every end users that see it, if they have real product use, then their low cap coin would be able to speak for them.
Most of the low cap coins that we have in the market are all not going to witness a bull run despite their low cap, because they are not able to attract investors or users with their project. I have not seen any project in a while now where you see their concept and you would not be able to close your mouth.
