i didnt change my freebitco.in password
but i cant login to my profile
"incorect login details"

i cant recive password reset email

"If you are not receiving password reset emails from us, please add noreply@freebitco.in to your address book and then try again"

i cant add noreply@freebitco.in to my address book

please help me

If you didn't have 2FA enabled than your account is probably hacked. Did you use your passport in somewhere else? Was it easy like 123456? Either way, you balance is already gone probably.

The only reasons someone would not get the password change email is either it is getting filtered by their email provider (spam folder or not delivered) or the account has been banned for multi-accounting abuse. I obviously can't tell which of those it is in the case as they haven't told me either the user ID or email of the account.

i cant add noreply@freebitco.in to my address book
That is just another way of telling you that you should look into your spam folder. email providers usually dont classify mails from senders who are in your address book as spam.
If the email is not there get in contact with @TheQuin. I am sure he will help you.

Are you using Gmail? Because there's no visible option to add contacts via button or texts there (just through already received emails).

If you were, just Click "Compose", type "noreply@freebitco.in" in the "Recipient" address box;
then click it and there will be an "add to contacts" button in the window that will pop-up.

Or directly go to https://contacts.google.com/ and make a new contact for freebitco.in using that email.

The problem is that I don`t really know if I put an 2FA in it or not. But when I´m trying to logg in I get the same messages as kamyabweb.
Is there still the option to write an DM to ''TheQuin''?

Definitely, he's ready to help. If you're unable to retrieve your 2FA for whatever reason, you might be to required to sign a message from your Bitcoin wallet.

First, post your question on the official thread or shoot him a message here

Also, sometimes 2FA issues could be caused by incorrect time synchronization with Google servers.

In case you didn't know, they're having a lot of trouble, close to an exit scam. You can follow the community discussion starting from their ANN ?topic=320959.new;boardseen#new to the end.
Password reset errors have actually been reported for a long time (I don't remember exactly).
I advise against depositing any more money on that site.

Have you been using the platform in the last 12 months or so? Or you are trying to use this platform again after sometime away? If the answer is the latter, then i advise you stay away from them and do not deposit any funds there, because you'd have a lot of problems along the line.

You bumped a really old thread to post about your issue, but just to bring you up to speed, freebitco is no longer the platform it used to be in the past.

Have you been using the platform in the last 12 months or so? Or you are trying to use this platform again after sometime away? If the answer is the latter, then i advise you stay away from them and do not deposit any funds there, because you'd have a lot of problems along the line.
They announced the closure of the platform, and all withdrawals and deposits were stopped. I did not get the impression that they will deal with lost passwords and accounts.
They promised that they would enable withdrawal when everything is in order, but this is very questionable, considering the poor business performance of the last year or two. So, there is no need to bother with them further, unless you have a larger amount there and still hope for the possibility of withdrawing funds.
