Who will act as the guarantor of full legal support for the acquisition of real estate?This is very important for customers.

This is the reason why physical inspection will always take place between the buyer & seller before completing a certain transaction.
You can't totally complete a deal via online communication only. Real estate is one of the few that needs actual presence of both parties.
If they are starting the project in UK, we will know if it will be successful in that area, if in case their services will be the talk of the town.
Integrating crypto in real estate seems to be pretty simple as presented but there's more than meets the eye in this business dealing.

I think you're wrong. Today, all spheres of human activity go to the Internet. And real estate transactions online are the future, you no longer need to leave your home to fully equip your life: food, services, transportation, delivery of goods and much more happens via the Internet.

Real estate is a different one. Yes, you can do most of the tasks online but are you gonna check the house that you want to buy via your laptop or phone only?
You need to physically see the place before signing the documents. Unless, you want to spend money without checking if the place really do exist or not.

Well said timeteller if you buy a property then you will 100% need to view. No one in this day in age will buy a home without seeing it

In the UK you have to go through a legal process if your are repossessing a property. NO team is needed. This is passed to outside agencies.

Hi bey85, there is nothing to be worried about. It failed because we were unable to submit it in the given time (few days), as we are already committed to meetings during the time. However, it's not a major concern, as it's going to be done very soon.

Hello Morvillz7z, I don't think there is any requirement of judging anything here. There is no major reason into this. They ask for it almost suddenly, and there are only few days to fill it up. We were already committed with other things, and we didn't realized the time finished up.

There is already a license we have given that could easily help you convince that there is nothing fishy about the project at all. But that's no problem, as we were already on sorting this out before you had to bring it up. So this issue much like previously is going to get done soon as we already contacted them regarding opening it up so we could complete the KYC. Thank you

The option is good, but just now the market is not stable at all, it is difficult for people to invest in projects since there are a lot of scams

The minimal transactions are not very large. But I agree that it would be better if users could pay in other coins from the TOP.

ID and Utility Bills and even a video was submitted and rejected. We are trying to find out why. I have even suggested meeting the company who run there KYC in person and still waiting for a reply. I'm happy to confirm my details with anyone and meet any potential investor in person if viable for them. We will be running a Webinar later this week and invite anyone to join to see that's we are genuine. Also within the UK you have to provide ID to set up a LTD company. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/12164885  we are a LTD company with all ID supplied. This is a government website.

So until we can supply whatever else we need I welcome any skype chat etc with anyone
