Testnet transaction not getting mined

Now the blocks are generated very 20 minutes on Bitcoin testnet. There are around 200 transactions in the mempool. But miners are generating smalle blocks with 30ish transactions. I'm doing some test and need to get my transactions confirmed. Higher fee is not helping much. Any other way I can do to get around this?

No, there is nothing you can do with the testnet. However, you might find regtest mode useful for your test. Bitcoin.org seems to be down for some reason so I linked a different website.
