I am selling 200 Ripple accounts with 20 xrp in each wallet. I created these xrp wallets back when ripple was doing the giveaway on the forums in 2013. These xrp are stuck as a reserve so the cannot be spent at the moment. In the event of Ripple ever lowering the reserve, you'll be able to spend them.
I'll take $100 btc for all the wallets.
You'll receive the private keys. You can rekey these wallets within a few steps by simply adding a new key and disabling the master key. This allows anyone to secure these wallets with a new private key.
I will go first in the sell if we divide them up into multiple transactions.

I guess the OP got same 50 XRP from where they're trying to give out 2xrp. The truth remains that a lot of people (including me) don't think Ripple amounts to much. Make this a free Litecoin or ETH giveaway and then watch the crowd or queue in here. |

there is no way for the user to spend the balance because the 20 XRP is required for you to create the address so based on his post he created the address for giveaway that xrp/ripple held during their launch |
