Ether Klown (https://etherclown.com) started as a social experiment idea to try something new in the deflating token space by creating the first RNG (Random Number Generated) based burn system that will burn between 2% to 4% with every transaction. The RNG is created from current difficulty and block, making it pseudo-random in the sense that if you multi-transfer those people will have same burn, but technically there is no way to game the system and make certain lower % appear on command.

      Why Create Token and whats wrong with current projects?
      One of the major reasons why we decided to launch Ether Clown was because lot of other DFL projects did shady actions such as Self-Drops, Rigging raffles, keeping super high supply to themselves or just distributing tokens only 2 different phases and then its over. Ether Clown only takes 9% as Devcut from the project and rest of the tokens go to bounties/listings and airdrops. We're planning Multi-stage airdrop that is spanning over 10-15 phases overall, allowing people to enter in different ways to the project.

      So Ether Clown is first project under the umbrella of DFL Mafia a cross-chain franchise spanning multiple blockchains. We feel that in order promote concept deflation its important to have presence in cross-chains and allow people have more secure investment in specific token in case one blockchain totally falls apart. It's not like were releasing a new blockchain every week, but we have couple in the works right now. By holding KLOWN2 this entitles you a 15% of supply in our next project, so the value is crossing over to other blockchains.

Looking at their white paper (clown paper), the distribution of coins occurs through the means of airdrop.
Part 1 is done (91k tokens), now the second part is coming (there will be many parts).
Developers retain 9% of the total supply of tokens.
