If this is real then this is an another project been hyped up by McCafee and for sure the project spent out their marketing funds on having this troll to publicized their project and expecting for some hype that benefit em up.

Yes, this is a clearly photoshopped image of the man John McCafee though we are not certain if they have an agreement for such a promotion. Anyway, John is known to be supporting many projects in the past so I will not be wondering if he is lending his name, image and reputation for this one. Let's hope this is not just another shitcoin not worthy to get into.

I would not doubt it and I would not also think it is true until maybe MacAfee probably come to clear the air himself but I believe that most of these business men likes to explore with their reaches and it would not be a bad thing if he explores the area of betting also because gambling makes a whole lots of money, look at one of the thing that TRON is really using to sustain its project is gambling and it has really been helpful to the project.

Probably MacAfee might have his own plan too to release its coin, and sure he would want to already established some projects that would make it more successful, so I would still not completely take my eyes of this even though I don’t bet until maybe MacAfee comes to the public to deny or accept it.

Looks just like another Dapp project just happening to use the Waves platform that's all. So it's not directly a good thing, it's just an indirect good thing for the platform.

I agree with you, at first the McAfee name was influential to make a project successful, but after some of the projects it supported became shitcoin, people started ignoring him. now McAfee joins Wavesbet and I'll just watch

If he's doing that for the money, why? I believe his net worth is more than $100M already. So there should be no reason why he is doing this only for money. Ok he gets something out of it but I do think that he has vested interest as well. Maybe he's putting some of his money as investments, so he's shilling the project so he can gain more profit. But in waves platform? I don't think they will ever go far in this platform.

Greed is human nature, you can underestimate it. even if you have $100 Billions as your total net worth. You will not satisfy and will do everything you can do to double or triple it, and let's not forget how extravagant his life is. Because John Mcafee is a very entertaining person, he was even voted as the most influential person last year if I'm not mistaken. And as much as we hate him, there are still people who are willing to hire this person and pay his good money to promote their project.

Now, can John sway interest of investors about this new project? Hard to tell at this point we can see the extent of his influence once we see the price of this project goes on a bull run.
