We've seen the sudden growth of bitcoin. some pumps from bitcoin have already taken place this year. and now bitcoin has managed to maintain its price despite several corrections.
the first thing we see is altcoin starts to rise a little but if bitcoin trading dominates more than we predicted then altcoin will fall and everyone will switch to bitcoin.

The price of Bitcoin increases suddenly will not encourage Roang to invest in IEO or ICO. I think that with the dominance of Bitcoin Altcoin price decreases. This happens because people want to make a big profit through a sudden increase in the price of Bitcoin.

The ICO did not go well after 2017, so many projects failed to date. So that investors dare not invest in the ICO business.

ICO means unreliable for investors right now. But BTC rising absolutely will cause many investors to invest in BTC again. They have already forgotten ICO. The prices can go up if the market react to the latest news with high interest. Otherwise, the situation will not improve and the downtrend will lead to more depression in the market.

Not all altcoins will go up. I guess, if it happens, then the excitement will lead to 2 various ways. A part of people will rush to invest in Bitcoin more, whereas those, who remember the deepest bloodbath 2018, would better sell their crypto to avoid a possible loss. Whatever happens, the crypto market is volatile, and each high jump of the cryptocurrency is followed by its fall and vice versa.

That's right, the reason why many investors reconsider before investing is because there are many fraudulent projects. see that since 2018 almost hundreds of projects end in fraud. but if the price of bitcoin is significantly stable and altcoin prices go up, it might be able to influence investor interest again and the prize campaign can generate good profits like 2017.

The faster the price of bitcoin rises, the more people want to invest in it. Pay attention to the demand for this coin when it was worth 4 thousand dollars and look now at how much trading in bitcoins when it costs 10 thousand dollars.

Of course it's effect on investor. New investor will come and  invest on bull market. I don't think so would happen. A sudden increase does not signify the real use and usability of a coin. It would certainly draw attentions of investors but would put off merchants and people who transacts with Bitcoin. It would also cause another price crash which would lead to another long depression.

Bitcoin prices always increase from time to time but ICO is getting worse, and there are a lot of new exchanges coming from ICO and majority of them are failed project, so no I don't think so, ICO and exchange platform are not attractive anymore to investors.

Bitcoin price will continuously attract investors interest from the coin itself but with ICO and exchange product it will depends from how the investors will embrace the product, but it won't change anything as bitcoin will cycle and follow the path of success, there's no solid evidence that any investors will relied with bitcoin movement to invest with new projects it should be learned and study carefully.

I don't think investors will tend to invest "again" in ICO projects. As you can notice, ICO nowadays are not that good as before. If the sudden rise of the bitcoin happens, there are more investors that will consider bitcoin as another investment but not with the ICO thing. Maybe some may try the new project like STO and IEO. But majority of then will just buy bitcoin for a long term hold.

I don't know if the investors want to invest in ICO again because they got a bad experience before. Maybe they will invest in bitcoin only or altcoin, but it could be possible if they can find a good project which can give them a profit. But now, I think they are more selective to select any projects, and they don't want to get the same experience as before. There is both a positive and negative side to it. Positively,  the trading volume would surge really high,  making more people to FOMO. This surge would make us see many new actors in crypto again.

Negatively,  this once would lead to so many fake projects to arise again as we witnessed it during the 2017/2018 rush.

If the price of bitcoin suddenly increases, it would either create fomo that would make people to start investing because they don’t want to miss out thinking the bull run has started, but I think it has not really been much of effective this year, I mean fomo. There are cases where I have seen bitcoin suddenly increase and I expect that we will have some people who would think that it  is bull run and start investing put of fomo, which usually make the value grow stronger.

As bitcoin price grows, normally, investor were supposed to use the opportunity to invest in ICO because they grow along with it, but also this year, we have seen how many altcoins are dumping heavily and not following the growth of bitcoin at all, so I would not expect any increase in bitcoin to really encourage anyone to put money in ICO now.

At least in my case the answer is a no, if the price of bitcoin increases suddenly that will encourage me to invest in bitcoin but that is it, investing in an ico implies taking a risk so high that even with the high ROI that you can get by investing in the correct one it is simply not worth it when the majority of icos are scams, however I know that I am a minority since I know that if the price of bitcoin reached a new all time high the greed will overcome the common sense of most investors and they will decide to invest in icos again despite the terrible results we have seen during the last year.
