I have some suggestions for the coins you should purchase, you made a good choice when you decided to invest 2/3 of the fund in Bitcoin but if you want to invest in an Altcoin, I would suggest you invest in only top 5 coins, preferably Ethereum which sits at the number 2 position in the Cryptocurrency market, although in the spirit of diversification, you could just invest 3/4 of the funds in Ethereum and invest the rest in a top privacy coin.

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in
Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it
will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

Since the publication of the first post in this topic has passed almost 4 months and I was wondering what success (or Vice versa) has achieved topic starter. I think this will be useful for most forum users - we will be able to draw conclusions and analyze what happened.

I love the fact that you have already chosen Bitcoin but one thing I want you to understand is that there is nothing like making quick cash with Crypto. Would also suggest TOKO, XLM and ETH

Yes you are planning your investment in the right coin that is bitcoin. There are numerous coins that claim to give good profits. But I have not found any good coins so far except bitcoin, Ethereum, Binance coin. The three coins are the bright future of the cryptocurrency space. So you can invest in them.

My advice is to invest in BTC or Major coins in Coinmarketcap, but first do an analysis to buy them, try to buy a Coin that has a good future.

That's right, instead of buying other coins, it's very good to buy bitcoin and some altcoin that have a bright future in the market, and everyone can find it in the coinmarketcap list.

I would suggest you to keep everything in BTC at this moment. Dont buy the alts as they are too much affected with BTC fluctuation. Once BTC starts its upward climb, you may try and invest in some top alt.

If you were invested a previous year in any altcoins, then your bearing loss due to BTC price was $20000, and other altcoins were also at their high prices. Now you can see every altcoin is at low levels; I suggest you can invest in ETH because staking is coming and you will get a good profit.

for now $ 1500 if you want to trade in crypto currencies I think you will get up to 2x profit if you want to be patient, you can buy coins that I think have potential such as waves, ethereum, and litecoin

But not all altcoin is bad, I think there are some that can be used for short-term or long-term investments. But indeed the right advice if you do not want a bad portfolio is better to buy bitcoin compared to altcoin.

He didn't said that alts are bad but he's suggesting that alts are mostly affected by btcs influx so better to buy btc first. You can eventually follow up an altcoin of your choice if the market starts to show green-go signal.

That is a good suggestion. Look at the price of waves, ethereum, and litecoin at current low prices. But I hope before buying to do an analysis first

I believe that it is better to invest small amounts in altcoins. Because the amount is too small to invest in bitcoin. But this is my opinion. I do it myself and it works out well for me. But everyone decides how he will manage his finances.

The problem is investing in small amounts, the profits will also be very small although the risks are also very small and we can control it well, and if in my opinion it's better to invest in numbers that are not too small and not too large, so we can able to manage their finances.

Before investing, try to reconsider the risks that you can with that much money Indeed, if you invest in bitcoin maybe you will get a high profit if for the long term, it's just that you are strong hold btc when the price dumps back if it happens?

To be honest, I did not understand that you advise to make a topic starter with his $1500. If we are talking about long-term investment in bitcoin, then in the run-up to halving and increasing influence, it makes sense. Provided that the investment will not be short term.

if you want to get money quickly you have to invest in short-term or daily trading, but the risk you get is also getting bigger. for short-term investments you should choose a large coin like ETH or XRP, or you can choose the altcoin that you like.

I could not agree more, daily-trading works best for beginners and people who are just testing the waters on cryptocurrency trading, But as time goes by, you'll find huge profits at a much lower risk by simply hodling. Anyway as a fellow investor I would highly suggest you take on the biggest cryptocurrencies first as most of the altcoins in the market are highly dependent on bitcoin's fluctuations, refrain from spending money on cheap coins since they are statistically the ones who begin to depreciate in value much quicker.

i have got around $1500 to invest in coins which coins do you guys suggest to invest in for quick money ? a year ago I have invested in STRAT and Sia and I lost big amounts and regret investing in those coins.
I'm thinking of investing $1k into BTC as its low risk but I would like to risk the the other $500 with a coin that I can make quick money with it
I didn't even know what I would have to do to make a lot of money in 2020. The dream of x5 x10 was gone when I knew that this crypto market was a price-making market and nothing else. is fact. If you want to invest risky, you should only choose alts in the top 100 of the crypto market. You have chosen to invest in ETC, it is being fomo pretty much about the hard fork. This will make its price increase x2.

You are making the right decision that investing your $1000 in bitcoin while your $500 will be in altcoins because investing in bitcoin has more potential to double or triple your profit in a long term and when it started to increase it's value this year of 2020. Unlike in altcoins, not all of them are not worth for investment, that is why you should only put your money in top altcoins for it would have a value.
