Pinoy loves their basketball and of course Manny Pacquiao.

And since I'm a Pinoy then definitely my vote goes to basketball and boxing. 

However, I'm also a fan of tennis and American Football as well. So I would say that I really love sports because I grow in a family wherein we always involve and talk about it like everyday.

You will be surprised to know that there's not really a lot of Pinoys here in this forum. There's a thread about how many are Pinoys in our local section and they we're asked to post using their main account and only less than a hundred posted their main account, meaning we cant say there's a lot of us here because of the back and fort conversation, who knows if they are just talking to themselves.

In Australia, there's a lot of followers there for Soccer. I guess it depends on what country to ask which one has a lot of supporters, it will depend on what kind of sport they have a representative like a champion maybe like in the case of Boxing because we have Manny Pacquiao but go back a few decades ago we love Billiards a lot because of Efren "Bata" Reyes also known as the Magician.

Never in my thoughts that this Sport can be more popularized than the male sports Basketball (though of course there is also a male Volleyball league) from what criteria did that survey counts the Fans as stated?it seems that there’s not right .but we cannot do anything since it was already accounted 😂

For me the sports that has a massive gambling suppoter are boxing,  soccer and, basketball . Because this sports are very interesting and at the same time very entertaining , the excitement are there especially if you have money on the line. And this 3 sports has the most famous people in the world which is reason ppl gamble on it.

Yeah I think so, basketball is only famous in a few countries like United States, but soccer is more thorough in almost every country, soccer is a favorite sport because it is a cheap sport to be play, you only need a ball and a field you can already play soccer. from that we know that soccer has the biggest supporters in the world.

Based on the country I live in, you said it right! We just love basketball here. And we love boxing even more! Especially when it is Manny Pacquiao's fight, you can expect that the whole country is tuned-in to their televisions. The roads are free from traffic and maybe even the bandits are watching the fight, right? Because as far as I remember, with Pacman's recent fight against Thurman, there were no crimes reported.

Anyway, globally, I'd still say those two: basketball and boxing; as well as soccer. Though I am not a huge fan of soccer, it's pretty obvious that it has lots of supporters too, either merely fans or sports gamblers.

Is College Football more popular than the NFL in terms of betting? Might be a stupid question but I know that College Football has a huge following in the US and some stadiums have capacities of 100.000 or more. I believe Michigan has a huge stadium for the College Football team.

Both the games give an edge of seat experience to watch and gamble. The game can turnover to either side at any moment of time unlike football. Soccer do have a strong fan-base among gambling fans, but gambling companies can have a fair share of profit if it comes to Cricket or basketball.

So the gambler can't be sure to bet on a team to win at any point of time. There may be strategies to win the game, but it doesn't always favor the gambler. Similarly is the game of Cricket. As you can see, the number of Football fans is almost 2 times the number of the closest sport with fans(cricket). Basket Ball isn't even close to football

Turely basketball has quite an audience but I don't think we should be judging because of the thread being made here in the forum.
Most of the update here in this forum are from same people who just love to discuss one thing or the another related to it.
And you are right about boxing, it population is gradually increasing over the years.

I live in Brazil and here the most famous sport is soccer
So it's easy to find in Brazil most gamblers are into soccer bets

Here, we don't have a strong  passion and knowledge on another kind of sports (obviously there are people who likes and are good in these sports)
