Help receiving coin

Yesterday I bought bitcoin from Bittylicious to credit to my electrum wallet. The transaction shows 95 confirms, but has not arrived in my wallet, 17 hours later.

What version of Electrum do you have? Versions older than 3.3.0 are not able to connect to the servers. You can download the latest version from here. Make sure to verify the installer.

What does it say at the bottom left of your electrum app? Does it say "Not Connected" or does it give a balance?

Are you sure that you have given the correct address to receive the coins?
Okay pretty sure your Electrum has connectivity problem or sync problem. You can try installing the latest version. Remember to back up your wallet file or wallet seed. Wallet seed is the safest.

My electrum version is 3.1.3, and the bottom left window says synchronizing, but never changes.

I will install latest version and let you know how it goes.

I installed the latest version with saved seed and it immediately showed the transaction.

The latest is Electrum-3.3.8
Once you install the latest one, I am pretty sure you will see your coins are there.

There are nothing to worry anymore.
