both are good, but for now ethereum might be more profitable. Litecoin has not had a positive update that could lead to speculation, lastly halving them is less influential and there is no pump because of it. for ethereum, why would I say better. because next year ethereum 2.0 will be released and most likely ethereum will adopt the POS. this makes increasing demand and much speculation is emerging at this time about the future of ethereum.

Not sure about ETH 2.0 can help the price increase . the smart contact ETH have is the reason why ETH price falling .

ETH was created thanks to the ICO model, it has achieved a lot of success in the market. There are coins that follow this model and it's hard to be as successful as ETH. ETH is a potential altcoin, with unique blockchains that attract many investors. Wait for ETH2.0 this will get it back on the market and grow rapidly.

Ethereum is much better than Litecoin.. although Litecoin is a Lite version of Bitcoin but Ethereum is a core of many crypto coins, developers are very interested in using Ethereum (ERC20) than other platforms, this is the reason that makes investing in Ethereum is the best choice.

seeing between ethereum and litecoin I am still interested in ethereum because many ico or IEO users are using the platform from ethereum.

Difference of opinion can be seen among the users on different cryptocurrencies. Mostly people who have ethereum in their portfolio will also have Litecoin. Litecoin has a different algorithm for their proof of work but I get what you are saying.  Ethereum offers something different.  Only thing is in the future I see that same capability baked into other coins so eth wont have a competitive advantage as it does now when it comes to smart contracts.  We will see but to say litecoin fell to eth is a mistake, it never fell to eth it's been "there" the whole time

If we speak for long term investment I will go for ethereum as of now its almost -85% down from recorded ATH from last year and according to some news many future improvements will happen into eth network especially the most awaited eth 2.0 if this happen price can recover in just a short period of time.

Litecoin is older than Ethereum and it is supposed to be the most trusted altcoin, however, Ethereum is still the leader of all alts, and the majority of tokens are connected with it. In my opinion, it will be better to invest in both cryptocurrencies, especially for day trading. Nevertheless, the Eth/Litecoin proportion in a wallet might be like this - 70/30. ETH has more chances to go up.

I prefer Ethereum, because ETH has more excellent features compared to Litecoin and has far more fans than Litecoin.
I think it's very important to be a reason to invest in ETH compared to LTC

I am never invest in Litecoin. I am more prefer to invest in ETH because for me ETH is is my first investment since first i knew crypto world and i am never interestd to invesy in Litecoin.

I choose Ethereum as it was the most commonly used platform by most of the ICOs to support their projects. Expect the huge Ethereum price bounce back if the crypto market become bullish as even in this bearish trend but still Ethereum is the number 1 altcoins so better to hold more Ethereum now and do not miss the opportunity while the price is cheap.

If I personally prefer ethereum over litecoin, because at this time ethereum is one of the very good coins to invest in, because ETH is very much in demand, so, it is suitable for investment in the long, and short term, it is different from litecoin  , although Litecoin is a coin that is older than ETH, but its development and growth is very slow, so that makes the coin less attractive to investors, so that, the impact of sinking the price of Litecoin, and very difficult to grow and compete with other altcoins,

I like Litecoin more because this coin has inflation limits. And Ethereum can be mined to unlimited quantities. This is a weak factor for raising the price of Ethereum.

ETH is much more better than LTC in terms of investment. For trading LTC chart may hand more opportunities. But when we compare ETH and LTC, ETH have many advantages than LTC. High number of developers working at ETH base is the strongest part of ETH.
Also with ETH 2.0, staking will be available at beginning of January 2020.
If you want to invest, ETH is better for sure.
If you want to trade, do not use stop loss 😊

Litecoin has a very slow price movement and I think the benefits gained from Litecoin are very long so I think Litecoin is only suitable if it is made for long-term investment, to apply long-term investment methods must have a lot of trading capital.

Both has good potential but to compare the two is a mismatch, Ethereum has so much more can offer the reason that it is widely used in dapp creation while Litecoin only function as a normal payment solution. Ethereum could be the good option due to its multiple function and growing applications that can normally drive its price up.

Yeah, Both LTC and ETH are good and promising coins. But to choose between the two, I'd pick ETH over LTC as the growth of ETH much greater than that of LTC and the rate of development is also high. ETH is based on ERC20 which is the core for many other projects. Moreover, ETH provides more functionality and thus is leading the alts. The ETH also serves a good demand in the market so, undoubtedly I'd go for ETH...
