The information about the number of tokens of any user is public.
- Transfers
All information about transfers is publicly available and may be traced in time. TLS is an Ethereum token. It confirms to the ERC-20 - the standard is de facto and widely used by API token.
Ownership- Scope
Only Ehtereum users and contracts may be token holders.
- Uniqueness
Each token shall be owned by a single holding user. There are no jointly owned tokens.
- The right to transfer
The token may be transferred to another user only upon a direct instruction of its holder or upon the instruction of a transferee, which is directly authorized by the holder. No transfer of the token shall be initiated by another user.
Supply of tokens- Issue
Only three users, a contract holder and two managers of the company may issue tokens.
Contract Management- Replacement
The contract holder may waive the right of ownership in favor of any other Ethereum or contract user.
- Blocking
The contract holder may suspend or resume the transfer of the token between the holders at any time if fraud is suspected in actions of holders.
Miscellaneous- Recovery
