Exchange referrals are usually mostly shared by crypto-related websites, because it's one of the most effective ways of actually spreading referral links. Don't expect people and websites to promote your website for referrals if your website itself's bonus is not-so-good though, and especially if your exchange isn't good to start with. The reason why a lot of people are sharing their Binance referral links is because Binance is actually a good exchange, and the bonuses are great.

Both of you are right, with giving the referrals to others, we can make some additional income which will give us another benefit from the exchange.
The referral bonus will attempt to the members to search more people to join.
It is hard to compete to search the referral, especially if we don't know how the strategy to do that.
Sharing the information on the website and add the referral link still be a good method which many people still using for now because every day the website has many visitors who visit and read. So if they are interested, they directly to click the site and join.

Now some of these airdrop programs are really ridiculous. There are exchanges that not only do not return tokens to the referrer but also do not notify them for any reason.
I hate airdrop types about exchanges, so I don't join them anymore.

Exactly mate, i could not blaming op but refferal  marketing system in my own experience is harder to earn coins or tokens especially airdrops.

I have several hundred referrals on one exchange, but most of them probably did not make any trade. One small percentage actively traded so I get very nice referral commission for some time, but these days almost all of them are not active.

In order to get some decent number of referrals you need to invest some money on promotion, it can be done for free via social media or by promoting in signature, but the greater the exposure, the greater will be results. The key is not to give up with promotions and to get new refs every day, we never know when a referral will become inactive for whatever reason.

Undoubtedly, this is a very good way of making a passive profit, much easier than trading.

Yeah, I am also doing that dude but not seriously focusing in it. Probably, you are lucky if someone signup in the exchange using your referral
link then deposit a huge amount to that platform, for sure you will receive to your wallet a good earnings too. The more people signup in the exchange using your referral link is the more you have a chance to earn in the end.

I usually share my refferal code from an exchanges, but sometime maybe people like to delete refferal code and make account by themself. I think about promotion like that, i just do what i do. Only share without adding or reducing promotion content or promise something to prospective referrals. Maybe people think if it not give them advantages, they wouldn't join with refferal link.

Earning money from referrals can give a nice income if we have an active people under us. But most of them are only active in the 3 months early, and then they will not trade for a long time. But yes, having much of referrals will give benefits to us, especially if they can be active. I think it's not easy to search for people who want to join us. To solve this, you need to spread your referral link into many places, so you can get many people who will join in under you.

I've referred people to the exchanges I've used, but no, even if I spent time promoting it, I doubt I'd make much. The ref structure isn't really built to really incentivise it IMO -- and after all I've spent years in my youth trying all kinds of referral programmes (some worked, some didn't none were personally fulfilling).

I will say that some exchanges like Binance gave out a lot of BNB for referrals, and I have heard of people who made not-so-small fortunes when BNB incredibly reached $30 (did it even go higher maybe?). I wonder if that model still works and if exchanges still try it? I'm sure they do.

There are situations where people deleted the referral code and make an account for themselves but exchange referral reward are just like faucet reward and the referral systems is only good for website owner which will use the exchange site banner as well.

For sure there are affiliate marketers out there on making money out of people that had been invited but they don't tend to publicize it out.
Gambling or on exchange affiliating or any other related sites does have this invite incentives.You can really make money out of it but
only a few do manage to success on this part.Even me do had really that hard time on just inviting a single person. lol

I did in some exchange. Is it really make $$ ? it's depend on your refferal, i got good refferal so i made money from them. If they are use exchange continously maybe you can get little money, but if they only register and never trade on the exchange so you will got nothing.

Some new exchange offer few coin to bring customer on their exchange, you but to get your refferal need to pass KYC. I never reffer to untrusted and brand new exchange because i dont want make my follower disapointed

Most of us using the paid signature in this forum so it is not possible them to leave their referral links here but there is no worries if you are doing so.

I guess that this needs your referrals to trade coins for you to earn money. It has the same mechanics with gambling sites in which they need to gamble and there could be some percentage for you.

It will really be just the same but bonuses or earnings can be classified according to their terms.
Some do base on referral deposit earnings, trading volume earnings, Kyc verified earnings.
For sure making money on this way is possible.It might not be too rampant or obvious but pretty sure
that there were people who do focus on affiliating things it might easy as it sounds but actually hard to be
done yet inviting people is not my genre.

Currently I only do bounty and do not want to involve airdrop programs. It's really hard because if you want to make a lot of money, you have to cheat a lot and sometimes, you're discovered and your effort is 0.
I would say no to the cheat, it's too complicated for me and the exchanges don't pay a high price for the reward.

the op is not talking about bounty or airdrops but he only mention referal on exchanges  . airdrops are totally different from a referal program .

@ op  , you should first check if the exchange that you are using are have a referal bonus but if not then its not possible to earn or to have a referal link   . the idea of referal programs are i think verry bad because it will only be abused by fake accounts but farming for referals for your own sake is also hard and seem to be impossible to do  , same as recruiting real people to join you   .

I have referred 6 people on the crex24 exchange, unfortunately I haven't made a single satoshi out of them!

However, I have referred a lot of people to thecryptofaucet (around 10 last time I checked) and I make 1-5 doges a day passively from them. It's not much, but it's honest work.
