I don't feel too excited to know who is Satoshi again because I already saw that before and I am sure that in the future, we will see another fake Satoshi. Somehow, I wonder, can we let him in peace without we are trying to find who is he, where he lives, what his work, or else. Because I think he will not reveal himself to the public if he doesn't want.

I believe he still working on many projects, and he was too busy to reveal himself. It's not worth with his time, and we should understand and respect what he wants. I am sure he will stay at his walls, he will not tell other people even his family that he is the founder of bitcoin, and he has a lot of bitcoin in his wallet.

Besides that, I don't believe that if Satoshi is only one person, because if he is one person, then he has a very high-skills person who can know many things and learn many things. And that means he is a very genius person that we knew. So let him hide for some time, and we don't have to search on where he lives, and who is he.

@coin-investor honestly these news don’t excite me anymore because none of them can sign a message from Satoshis address, means they’re fake. Secondly after all the suspense and drama they’ll come up with a coin they’ll try and promote, and fool investors into believing that they’re buying a Satoshi recommended coin.

Even if the real Satoshi reveals himself,I wouldn't be excited,because it doesn't matter that much anymore.
The good news is that the fake Satoshi (or "Craigtoshi" Wright) won't be a threat for the real bitcoin anymore.

In my opinion, many already understand that the real Satoshi Nakamoto will never appear. If he wanted, he would have done it earlier. Every year, the likelihood of its discovery is steadily declining. As cryptocurrency is gaining popularity, various impostors and scammers will still appear, however, I am already pretty calm about such news. Yes, and it is unlikely for cryptocurrency to be better if the real Satoshi Nakamoto appears.

No. I don't think we will ever see the real Satoshi again. It had become part of Bitcoin's mysteries. Every claimer of being "Satoshi" for me means, yet another fake.

The real made this forum, and never returned after writing some hundred messages or so for like a couple of years, mostly development related.

I never was excited to read news about Satoshi's identity, because usually they turned up to be just rumors or bad investigations, but lately I just roll my eyes whenever I see yet another article about "Satoshi", it's all scammers these days. Newbies need to learn to verify cryptographic proofs themselves, or at least read some quality sources, instead of these shitty crypto media that only spread clickbaits and fakes..

I am not excited at all. I do not even have the slightest excitement over that possibility. I think the revelation of the real Satoshi Nakamoto, either through uncovering his or her real identity by other people or by suddenly deciding to voluntarily reveal himself or herself, would subject the entire Bitcoin world into a kind of ad hominem scrutiny and eventually judgement.

Bitcoin has made a name all over the world, shaken the entire system, with the inventor kept in mystery. Uncovering the person behind the mystery is most probably detrimental rather than beneficial to the Bitcoin world.

There is nothing to get excited, because often some familiar persons state themselves as Satoshi with some statements referring the same. After so many such claims cryptocurrency users were used to it. Even now if the true Satoshi comes to light it is impossible to confirm as true Satoshi.

craig wright primed everybody for future faketoshis. i think people are wise to his brand of tomfoolery now. the big "satoshi reveal" last month was super pathetic---nobody fell for it. that's how i think these things will go moving forward. in the end, craig wright did us all a service. it's better if nobody knows or cares who satoshi is.

Nope. Satoshi disappearing into oblivion is a gift, not a curse. If the actual real Satoshi shows up, it's just going to give unnecessary diversity. Imagine if Satoshi was a Trump or Clinton or whoever supporter? Imagine how much separation or diversity that would bring. Suddenly people are going to say that Bitcoin is a product of a (insert candidate here) supporter.

I do like as Satoshi is unknown. His identity may be bringing undue attention to the person and not the project. It also shoes how an anonymous founder can impact the world just with a good computer. The identity of Satoshi being unknown is fine.

well, I will not be surprised if the news comes out as "The real Satoshi Nakamoto is Craig Wright!" Too many news like this in the past, most of them is used to advertise for new projects. Real Satoshi Nakamoto will never show up, just my 2 cents

Actually no. It doesn't really give that excitement or impact every time someone would claim they are Satoshi. We're so used to all of those fake Satoshi and it doesn't get that much attention now since a lot of people does that now and already claimed to be Satoshi but no one even prove themselves correctly. It's just a waste of time, listening to every stories they made up just to prove themselves. I think no one would still believe since we already had enough.

With so many fuds appearing in my newsfeed and with so many persons who were claiming that they are the Founder of Bitcoin, I am not really that excited to about it. If you'll type satoshi here in forum, you can also see different topics and threads about the fakr Satoshi Nakamoto news. Though I am one of those who are eager to know who really are (if they are a group or team) or who really is the real identity of Nakamoto.

On the other hand, what makes it important is even if Satoshi disappered, bitcoin still existing and growing and most importantly becoming what He wanted it to be.

Only people who do not understand what makes Bitcoin unique have a constant need to ask a question "Who is and where is Satoshi". Does anyone think it would be better to Satoshi again come to this forum, or for someone to discover his identity?

Bitcoin is what it is because Satoshi removed himself from the project on time, and because he has remained anonymous to this day. All this threads about Satoshi make no sense at all, the only real evidence if anyone want prove that he / she is Satoshi is to sign message from Satoshi address/es.
