So I'm hoping that we should stop spreading false information about the real Satoshi. Even the higher-ups and the pioneer of this bitcoin community doesn't talk about Satoshi Nakamoto because they know that the people who claim they're Satoshi are just faking.

The discussion is already filled with Satoshi Nakamoto threads. I know that some of you are very curious and obsessed with him/her but let us just appreciate his works.

I think people who are still obsessed with who satoshi is are yet to understand that satoshi's identity as it stands now can never be revealed and I think satoshi himself wants it this way(if he/she/they is still alive), it's time for those seeking to find out who satoshi is to get involved in the network and contribute to its growth and adoption.

The more people are enthusiastic about finding out where and who satoshi is, the more false individuals who claim to be satoshi would keep coming out and gathering popularity, if people are less concerned about who satoshi is the less fake people who claim to be satoshi.

I understand the people why they're very curious who's the real Satoshi Nakamoto but let think wisely, we knew that it's impossible for the real Satoshi to reveal him/herself.

It's better also if the whole community is more obsessed with the technology that's created by SN which is the chain network or blockchain. We can innovate mo interesting studies using the blockchain and will develop our society.

I do not think there is any bitcoin enthusiast who's not curious to know the genius who created this wonderful technology, it would be something amazing to know where he is, what he plans to do in the future and if he's still interested or still uses the network, this questions are ones that we all would love to find answers to, from the horses mouth .

But being obsessed as we've said, is taking things to another level and taking away peoples attention from the most important thing which is the growth of the network.
I hope more people can understand this and stop all the FBI sort of thread/topic trying to find satoshi

I'm tired of seeing a lot of non-sense thread about Satoshi Nakamoto, it's kinda overrated already. The threads are being spammed by beginners and just focusing on him. There's a lot of information about the network that we must learn, for example, the Lightning Network, SegWit, or layer 2 solutions for the network.

We're making a better community if we focus on the network. If we develop and upgrade it, more people will try to use it, the more the user it will have a larger community. The issue about Satoshi Nakamoto is getting more political which we avoid here in the bitcoin community. I really hate when people are using bitcoin for political purposes, where bitcoin is not designated to be on it.

We should be bordering on how to make the system improve on what Satoshi N has left behind and not to find him. Finding him will not give anything additional to us, even not to the system, rather will worsting the system through the government clamp down on him or her to rewrite the existing code to their own favour. We don't need to find the identity of Satoshi and should not keep looking for it. He clearly wanted to be anonymous.
Even if we found Satoshi, It's not going to change anything. Satoshi is perfect till date but as every human can have flaws, we might get disappointed a bit when actually finding him.

I like bitcoin the way it is with its anonymous founder. I appreciate Satoshi's work but it would probably be the best for him, Bitcoin and us all if he remained anonymous.
I hope the community will stay strong in this and ignore all the fake news about the founder. People who are trying to use his name for personal profit should be ignored but remembered as scumbags without honor.

Satoshi Nakamoto did not reveal himself. I do not know why he did not come in public or maybe he is not alive anymore. But this had lead to false claim of Satoshi by many people. Even famous person like craig wright also tried his luck to claim himself satoshi but no one believe him.
Also it does not matter who is Satoshi and therefore we should stop finding and believing on people who claim themselves to be the creator of bitcoin.

There is a big reward in finding Satoshi. You can't tell them to stop looking for him.

A criminal mind will really dig and claim he is the real satoshi so the real satoshi will try to come out and disprove him. This is to trick satoshi. Until someone says something that only satoshi knew then all will be curious. A criminal can take him, will torture him til he give me his private keys. How is this for a motivation to find him?

I am getting emails from this Pakistani Guy with a website who claimed he is the Real SATOSHI NAKAMOTO. So apparently the Real one is a Pakistani. I don't know if this is true or not but he has a reveal website as well. This is his reveal part 1. https://satoshinrh.com/my-reveal-part-1/

I don't know if anyone else got this but it would be interesting to see if others here have any view on it. He seems well versed enough in the jargon but is he convincing enough? I do prefer him to Craig Wright any day lol.

I agree that the people who revealed themselves as Satoshi are not Satoshi. Even though a friend of mine who's usually very good with evaluating people and predicting their behavior, is absolutely sure that Craig (weird, right?) is the true Satoshi. Plus that guy Craig stole from, Dave Kleiman, he seems important as well. I agree about Kleiman being close to the roots of Bitcoin, and about Craig stealing his ideas and money, but definitely not about Craig being Satoshi.
We should indeed stop these discussions about imposters because this way we're giving them what they want to have: fame.
In a way, I even think that we should not look for Satoshi. If I knew who it were, I would only tell it to the closest person to me (my life partner) who is not in the crypto area at all, but I would not make the information public, because I understand why the creator of Bitcoin would prefer to stay anonymous.

I guess people won't stop their fascination with Satoshi, that's up to this day we can still find people claiming to be the one. But at the end of the day, we all know that Satoshi really disappeared or choose to live behind the public's eye and unidentified up to this day. Truth you have said because I have also hardly seen such comments from them too , I think they could be considering it as spamming for them because the thread is becoming rampant really.

Agree, especially with beginners, there is a massive of spam that's happening in Satoshi Nakamoto threads and I hope they'll be reported or banned those accounts. It's already considered a nonsense topic since they're just arse-licking or keep spitting some false information.
