What happened:: I think that i found a scammer that is promoting his exchange plateform by using different alternatives accounts to flood the same messages on the forum and to make people thinking that his exchange is good (if it's a good exchange then why only fake accounts are promoting it ?)

This behavior you mentioned is contrary to the rules of the forum[1] so mods can deal with it, you need to report using "Report to moderator >> Spam/using alt for bumping."
The use of such methods in the promotion is not sufficient to confirm scam but can give a negative sign.
Trusted members can tag them after checking the above topic[2].

I think this is enough to prove that the exchange site is scamming people. All proofs are solid and even support agent confirms the order happening. Thanks for bringing that scam accusations and thread bumpers under notice. I will add the feedback.
