Hi people of Bitcoin Forum

i'm wondering how do you work 8-10 hours a day, have a social and train sports, becasue every day after work i just dont find energy to go doing sports and i'm concerned that lack of sports will influence badly on my life. Thank you for all your answers.

I think any kind of exercise is good, better than not at all.
I only doing yoga  Grin I can do it any time in my room, so it's more flexible.
Actually you can do sport and socialize at the same time, either you ask your friends to jogging together (for example), or you'll find new friends on the spot. So it wouldn't need more time to do both.

Have the Same problem years back because of laziness to find sports or to go into gym,but things get deeper in my mind that I need to do this for myself to be healthy that’s why I find a friend that can go with me at first so there is someone that will always remind me of a must to go.but months after my friend quit as it wasn’t really his like but I continue and now eve in my house I always find something that ca be use to make myself fit before and after sleeping

Watch your thoughts, for they become words. Watch your habits, for they become your character. Watch your character, for it becomes your destiny. ... Most sports are ultimately about the practice, about repeating an action over and over and over again, so that actions become habits and habits become character.

You already violated the first part - which is "Watch your thoughts, for they become words."

From reading your post, I would assume that you are looking for advise on something you already know: that you are too lazy or tired to exercise. In short, nothing I say will ever change your mind because only YOU can change your mind.

You have to begin with that part. So instead of saying "I just don't find energy to go doing sports" think creatively and destroy that mental barrier.

You can think of creative ways to "force myself to exercise"

Do you ride a train, car, or ride whatever to work?

If yes, have you ever considered walking instead? How far are you willing to walk and what changes do you anticipate?

I said, walk, even though walking to work or going home, is not really a sport - it is something simple you can start with. Once you graduate from walking, then that's the time you can level up to a real sport.

You also have to remember that physical energy is not the only thing that you need. You also need mental and emotional energy.

If you think about it, if you work a desktop job and sit all day, your body is not actually doing any physical work in terms of movement - your mind is. Therefore your mind is the one mostly at work. So what do you do, say, and think to your own mind, that would convince it, that hey, you still have 5% of thinking left, can we use it to convince our body to walk?

Make it an imperative

By convincing yourself that you need to walk, you have to "prime" your mind that first of all, it still has energy to make your body walk. Anticipate, what this would mean: minutes lost, sweating, hydrating especially if it is hot and more. Visualize your pathway, visualize the people who will be there, how many minutes it would take, how terrible or good you might feel, how sore or not your foot will be, what will you be wearing, etc, etc. The devil is in the details. Once you are able to visualize and imagine this scenario, actualize it.

A key element here is time.

You have to visualize precisely the chain of events that would catapult you to getting yourself to exercise. What will stop you? Yourself! How will you start? When will you start? What will you do before, during and after?

Imagination is the first step to your success.

Then if you have trouble waking up in the morning, you need to sacrifice that and set a goal that you have to jog before going to work. It's just a matter of mind setting and goal setting.

Work does make regular exercise a bit challenging. Been long I exercise regularly to be honest. And I doubt it's due to lack of motivation because I always have the urge to exercise regularly, but I am tied down by work. 

My little advice is to create an alarm for your exercise schedules. I usually do mine in the evening from 8pm or very early mornings when there is low vehicular movements. I would suggest you exercise while listening to your favorite songs, audiobook, podcast or radio station... It is fun way to exercise. And you know they say time flies when you're having fun

Yeah it is about sacrificing i guess because I like to socialize a little bit late in the evening so that means if i want to wake up early and go jogging or doing sports I have to end socialising early in the evening... Thank you for you help!

Or wake up half an hour earlier and do something like warm up exercises first, there are plenty of those on youtube, you will find one that you love. Then you could add something like a stationary bike, after you made a habit of the daily warm up routine.

You could, when reaching work also use the stairs up if the place is not at ground level Smiley

Of course, sport is very important in your life, for a start I would recommend:

1. Go to bed no later than 11 PM.Wake up 6-7 hours of the morning.
2. Do morning exercises lasting 10-15 minutes
3. Stop drinking coffee in the morning
4. Also, if your work is mostly sedentary, then you should set an alarm for every hour:
a) drink a glass of water
b) do a small charge for 2-3 minutes

Over time, you can already jog and go to the gym

In my opinion it is all about making a plan/schedule and sticking to it. Once you get used to it you shouldn't have any problems. Although it may be hard the first week or two.

I see a lot of people struggling to have such a balance of work, excercising and socializing.
Personally, I have some time to do a workout but I have to reduce my sleeping hours. If I do that I will be exhausted the next day and it will ruin the whole day.

I am too tired after job to do sports but I am a football fan and watching a game is the best way for me to relax a little bit after a hard day. Also, I like browsing through stats on look at this web-site which also is quite an interesting thing.
But watching sports will not give you good health and that’s the point about why this thread created,we don’t need to do sports literally but a short workout will do,like walking 5 minutes even at home.or stretching before sleeping with this out muscles will have activity and our body will have exercise

now depends on your intention, if others can why you can't?
we have the same time in a day which is 24 hours ??
there is plenty of free time after working 8 hours and we only need 15 minutes to exercise so that the body becomes healthy.

I usually get up about 430am...roll into work at 6..leave about 1500 so i can pick up the kiddos from school. Running around after two 7 year old boys and a 4 year old daughter IS my workout and exercise lol.

Well working everyday for almost 8 hours is really a tiring day for me but i still find a time to do work out atleast 1 hour a day because i really believe that doing sports and other work outs is good for our health and for our body And off course when we do workout it can increase our energy level.

I agree but we have different lifestyles.. different jobs etc. there is plenty time of course but there is no enegry at the end of the day..

Job, wife, kids, crypto... In my case there's no time for recreational sport. I barely find some free time to spent it on computer, to nobody disturbs me. Maybe when kids get older I will have some more time, but until that point I don't even think about recreational sports.
Now when I'm alone, which happens rarely, I don't know should I do some things related to crypto, play some pc game, gamble or to sleep. Usually crypto and gambling wins.
