You can find youtube influencers who are going to provide reviews for your project and person who will set up your google advertising.

I doubt most of the "legit" ICO advisors and Youtube influencers are lurking here. And besides, clients should be the one approaching and not them approaching you since they already influencers and not a new one.

There could be more but most of the youtube reviewers aren't in the forum. There are some but speaks their language.

When you say spread, you mean marketing, explain more about your project and interest might follow.
Also mention what you want to achieve, time duration, amount to pay and method of payment.
