Please look at the picture, I just is transferr it to myself, I used to transfer myself  often.
Maybe because I transfer too much, they  said that there is risk,  can't transfer, there is no reason.
In fact, I still don't understand what risks are. They are all right. That is to say, they are risky, and they constantly ask you to submit information repeatedly.

First of all, I still don't want to say that freewallet is a liar,
 I just talk about the facts.Maybe their company is good, but the level of technology and security is really bad.


This software is recommended for my friends. , because  can transfer funds for free. I feel very good and faster. I have used it for half a year. It has been normal. I want to use it more conveniently. I used chrome Browser access. And extracted my currency to the exchange trading, dozens of Btc, immediately prompted the risk, it seems that the security is very good, I do not know if it is because of the change device. . .
But you didn't tell me in advance that there is a risk of replacing . Next, it's mail, the mail has to prove a bunch of things, it's scary, too much, well, this is I prepared, but the next question is coming. Most of my transactions are internal transfers.

Freewallet Customer service tells me that these are not can,Internal transfer is not counted
 I have although I have 3 Transfer, but there is only one address, that person can't contact,
I just ask freewallet I can't find it, can I provide me to transfer it out prove ? because they are all transferred to my other exchanges, use the same mailbox, the same as freewallet, But can't, it must be external,  I can only find that person now, if that person can not find, no Know that my money can be brought back.

During this operation, my pin code, password, and google authentication are all correct. I didn't change the reset. I just is changed the access method. It's so complicated. I don't know others  Are other people the same as me? Still because I I have more money or other reasons. I feel that it is too sensitive in terms of safety judgment. Most of them now use other recognition. Finally, I hope my money can come back. I just complain, by the way. Everyone, to avoid these operations, maybe it will affect your money transfer, in fact, I think I did not do anything wrong.

In addition,  don't use they internal transfers , these transactions are not recognized

I too had a bad experience with the freewallet wallet. They had an insane withdrawal fees in the past. They have recurring issues with withdrawals. They are affiliated to minergate, one of the controversial company that develops mining software and provide a mining pool. And they are also related to Changelly, so users should also be cautious while using Changelly exchange.

I’ve seen multiple issues with FreeWallet withholding funds dye to selective KYC (always seems to be people who have a significant amount of money that suffer).

Their service stinks & they’re a borderline scam outfit.

Don’t use them.

Yeah, a very strange decision to raise from the dead eight months old thread. They could have simply contacted him via PM if they just wanted to confirm that everything was resolved. I’ve heard about slow support but this is ridiculous. Grin
