There is literally no reason why you cannot have a PP account of your own.

The only reason you would be willing to rent is perhaps because you have no intention of refunding for undelivered products. Am I right or am I right?

With this being the only post for this user I would have to agree, they are looking for fraudulent reasons.

Be careful with such. Don't trust your personal or business PayPal accounts to anyone that has a shady deal. Transactions are irreversible so it's likely that if he commits something shady, your account is at risk.

@OP just take your own PayPal and have it verified so that you won't have any problem at all looking for someone to 'rent' an account.
