Altcoins who are on top ranking cant just disappear that easily.They might plummet their prices to the floor but its hard to believe that they would end up into that scenario.
Unless if the masses leave out that coin due to some hack or exploit on the entire platform or serious reasons/issues towards it but if we do talk about that casual market
movement then its hard to make a conclusion. Market do bleeds and this isnt only applicable on altcoins only but also on BTC as well.For now its not really a bad idea to buy up some top altcoins in the market which they are indeed cheaper by now and accumulating while its cheap does matter with your risk management.Just dont go with all in and always mind up on your money management.

It's interesting though. The market has experienced various rise anf falls ever since 2017 and the massacre cleared many coins outta the space. Interestingly, it hasn't stopped anyways. I don't think the massacre is over, however I don't believe the top alts are gonna get out of the game. They'll hang around for a while.

I somehow agree that there are some low volume coins or on low ranking does have a low price but searching on which one is just like searching a needle on a haystack.
Only a few is worth for your money and thats why i didnt bother to seek it out but rather i do stick up into those high ranking coins instead.
Dont buy those rumors because no matter how bearish the market will be,its really hard to believe on that Altcoin market would be over.
We do see the bear trend but come to think that there would always be having a market reversal.

There goes a saying, "buy when there's blood in the streets". It means you should be on a buying frenzy when the price of altcoin is very cheap. Why? because once the market recovers you can really make a big profit out of it.

Majority of the altcoins today are down 90% or more. So in a sense they've almost made in to the grave. But then again, this market is very unstable and you can't really say that they are going to disappear unless the price went literally to zero.

There is no panic, 2018 was the panic year, today there is no demand no there are no buyers. But smart investors knows that this is the best chance to stash more altcoins, and we are still in the period of accumulation (even with Bitcoin).

Otherwise, any price is a good entry-point for those expecting alts to follow the BTC bullish trend that's about to arrive given how we're getting closer to the halvening. A smart investor doesn't fall for the pump and dump schemes, that's for your average joe and wanna-be investors. A smart investor (i'm talking about smart money) would spend days, weeks, even months and so on, looking at what his next investment is going to be with the help of charts, TA, and their own research, they just don't blindly invest in X or Y just because it's gone down in value (unless they have experience in the market, in this case, the cryptocurrency market).

Not sure what you mean by this but alts won't dissapear, at least not the major ones (the vaporware projects and shitcoins will dissapear in due time), they're part of the crypto ecosystem and if one of them goes down (LTC, ETH, etc), it's gonna be a major blow to the entire market, and that's not something you want to see right in the middle of a bull market.

Top altcoin will be so difficult to disappear caused by it has big community support and daily user. That becomes a big platform and that means it has been getting adopted by so many people, dude.

They won't disappear as what you are thinking, they will stay and remain but their trading volume will go lower until they got out of the top 10-100 coins. I've seen popular altcoins before and now they can't be seen on top rank anymore.

They won't disappear, they'll stay as they've been running on blockchain technology but they can go to zero once no demand and most of the market cap has pulled out.

I think you need to calm down for a while and see what will happen in the next hours. And if the altcoin still getting down, then you can prepare yourself to place your buy order at any price, but you need to analyze if the price will be getting down or not. The investors like to buy low price coins, especially if they can see the price is getting dump so hard because they can buy a huge amount.

But I don't think that the altcoin won't survive because we know that in the altcoin, many potential altcoins can survive and it will increase again at the right time. So if you want to buy any altcoin, you need to analyze first, make sure you have money to buy, make your buy order in many prices so you can get a lower rate of the altcoin.

The top altcoin will be fallen if bitcoin price is down, but we don't know how much it will down. But if you cannot be patient, then you can buy the altcoin at any price because it will go up soon.

Bad altcoins will goes to zero, they will become worthless if they can't keep up with the competition.

when the red market as it is today, maybe the best way is to buy. because right now there are lots of good altcoins that have low prices but with their position have good potential they can give confidence to benefit if altcoin coins get back to their best position

it depends on the coin you want to invest. Because not all coin has the same performance and potential in the market so you better pick an investment wisely. wherein must have a good team behind and etc to assure your not wasting efforts and money on it.   Make some research instead before making a final decision to avoid scam projects.. Because that's the only key to determine how good the project on this current situation of the market.
