Team will get 4% commission on home sales, this is too big and I would rather sell my own house than using an intermediary because there aren't any deductions  |

I don't believe real estate project in blockchain, because i have see many real estate project failed in ICO and no development in their project. Now i am not interested to invest in real estate project.

Of course , there is always the options to avoid the Real Estate Agents and sell your house on your own. |

i just wondering because the ICO will end less than a month but the total raised during the ico still not reach the softcap
so what will happen if the ICO ended but the amount raised still lower than the softcap?

Hello ronaldo40 . It's been clearly stated in the announcement that in case softcap is not met by 16.11 an immediate refund will take place within 48 hours . |
