I've exhausted all my resources so I can't create anymore.

Escrow - if smoenoe else into account, they was flagged and 80% banned.

scammer! Staw away!! Took my google cloud acc and then blocked me without saying a word. He is a well known scammer, always make new account and show up with different usernames claiming to be a cyber security personal..for further details, just google it this skype id, you will see more details. Ah btw, to prevent fraudelent from this scammer, dont go first no matter what his excuse is..he will always try to cheat you somehow. Dont fall for this trap.
