Reporting multiple accounts of cheaters on bounty.

Hello Admins.

I want to report several people which I think is just only one person cheating in a bounty. I gathered their transactions through etherscan and I believe they are just one person. Could you please help me verify things so I can plead him guilty. Here are some informations.

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding. I am talking about being on one bounty campaign. I think even if they are friends, why would they send each other those? We are talking about money here, and I think that it's too great to be called coincidence.

On the bounty I was saying, these two person (@wingertt and @Makayla1489) had been caught using the same social media account to create bounty entry. @Makayla1489 also known as @wingertt admitted that they are the same person. Now seeing these two having transactions with @Hugobro, could it be they are all same person? Or my hunch are all wrong?
