Update for those that use panda-bot on Discord

A similar version of the new panda-bot will initially have a limited set of features similar to what it is now, however one important difference is the stake pool (should the team choose to run one) it will be inaccessible until it can be agreed upon.

What this means is if you'd like to use the funds on panda-bot in the immediate future, please remove them from the stake pool with $unstake.
Otherwise they will be frozen until the project team takes over the operation of the stake pool.
