No gambler would risk his money just to lose, we all want to win and enjoy at the same time as it's the most satisfying feeling we will experience when gambling. However, the reality is that our expectation is not happening, that's why more gamblers are losing which results to a prosper of business for the gambling sites operators.

They say that gambling is fun, yes it is especially when we win, but since we can't change that reality, we just have to convince ourselves that we have no chance of winning all the time or even most of the time. Wise gambler would say that gamble for fun just to minimize your loses because when you think it's just for fun, it's easier to let go your loses.

No, you are wrong. Different gamblers had a different perception and reason why they are in gambling and even they had lossing money on it still they are unto in gambling. Aside in having fun they also trying their best to win and earn some profit. They want gambling because it has a double purpose, it is earning money while you are having fun.

In my view those who want to consider gambling for fun i think they just want to forget their loss during gambling and being normal after that without regretting their decissions and i think it's necessary to control ourself while gamble and i will agreed with the people who want extra money from gambling but if they lost then they will consider it for fun which mean they will come back to gambling tomorrow without feeling frustrate after lost

I do it for fun.
The money I spend on gambling is less then a lot of people spend on their daily coffee run to Starbucks.
Sometimes I spend more, sometimes I spend less.
If the money put into it is for some reason ALWAYS lost but you are enjoying yourself then it's just the cost of entertainment. Which has been said many times here.

I would rather drink a $4 beer at a bar with a friend then have a couple of $15 drinks with dinner at a restaurant. I just don't drink expensive mixed drinks. Some of my friends do and that is fine. If you are like me do you question them spending $30 on alcohol while you only from $4 or $8?

There is no problem if they answer they just want to have some fun, people are coming here to really have some fun, I'm one of them, we enjoy the game after a hard day of work I need to refresh and gambling is an exciting place to go, my goal is not to make a profit, if I did make a profit then I have funds to my balance, so I can play tomorrow with new funds.

There is difference from lose ad spend,if someone satisfied with the way they spend their money for gambling activities and they enjoying it then you no need to worry about the losing part.

Now I'm confused to spend and losing your money in gambling now. You gamble, you lose your money that is true but that also means you spent your money in gambling that is why you lost your money. But I think it is better to have fun in gambling really, since at least, you are having fun.

Each one of us has our own way of enjoyment. It is not your own money you lose on gambling so we should let them what they want. It's same playing a mmorpg game, you grind everyday making your character strong then after some time you quit because you don't enjoy the game. You don't really earn money and just waste time grinding and even spend real money but the enjoyment you get that time while playing can't be found anywhere.

If you're not a gamble then you can't really understand what's on their mind when they are playing. There's what you call, the 'rush', the abrupt feeling of happiness when you won big and that's what matters for almost gamblers here.

One thing about gambling is that it is usually attached to an interesting game,sport or activity, so at first you enjoy your time even before recording any gain or loss. Real gamblers that do not gamble with dangerous money, set in money and close their mind at it With the spirit that if it doesn't come back,not all days will be sweet and that as a matter of fact, lossing is part of the game.
Only that gambler who are desperate in making money will not find it easy and interesting.

there are free games but some people dont just simply find them entertaining . these people want something that has a kicked , like for example when you drink a beer there a certain feeling that triggers happines compared to other normal drinks  but like gambling drinking beer has also a drawback because you can feel bad later on  .  when you wanted that certain thing  , you will always get it no matter how much will it costs you  .

It's different from what other people treated this activities but likewise do whatever you think is best for you, there's no pressure with anything but just you alone who will manage how things will affects your emotions and how good will you take care of your money, there's should always be a limitation in order not to fall into certain position where too much engagements will affects your financial and emotional state.

Addiction is already on a different level. That is already bothersome and beyond reason. Addiction might mean someone cannot anymore control the urge to gamble. That could cost him his job, family, wealth, and everything including sanity. Most gamblers who are really fond of gambling are not on that level yet, perhaps short of it.

There are gambling games that are not fun, but people are still playing solely out of the hope to get rich very quick. A lot of people bet on a lottery combination every single day. There is nothing fun when you just wait for the result which is 99% not on your favor. There are also other types of gambling that are really fun, like poker or sports betting. There are also games that are not really fun and are just made to kill one's time. I would consider slot machine games to be this kind.

Absolutely correct ,we are spending money when we play our favorites like golf,bowling and other recreational game (not those free to play like basketball etc.)that we can only enjoy without a chance of gaining money

For me, gambling is not just for fun; other people make it their profession. Gambling is a life-changing game that either you will become wealthy if you become fortunate, or you will declare your bankruptcy and also a neutral like most of the people that they not become rich and not become poor they just enjoy their self.  No one will appreciate if they lose especially if they are so severe about winning, but my answer to your quest of ( Is losing money really enjoyable? ) I think a wealthy and lonely person would like to trade his/her money to make him happy. Different ppl have a distinct desire, and if the consequences of that are losing some money so beat it is like buying and collecting expensive shoes, bags, etc. that you don't want to use.

To be honest, it is possible that very wealthy person could be gambling occasionally for fun. But am not sure if they do that with zero expectation of reward. Most fun things are quite addictive, that is why we are consume a lot of for stuff. So I wonder if a wealthy person who gambling for fun does that regularly or occasionally. The only reason he would gamble occasionally is if he has lots of other things that make him happy.
