Help with programming

I need help importing an API that I got from this site, into excel. So that Excel will be able to pull information off of the site and automatically update into my excel sheet. The site has a username and password and on the developer page it says I need to use HTTP Basic Auth.


I pasted the url I was given in Firefox and it gave me an error, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. If anyone could help on this ASAP I would appreciate it.
