It's possible if the government will wish to. However, this scenario is less likely to happen since government is not a fan of online gambling since it's very hard to monitor although it's crypto based. Transaction in crypto is transparent and irreversable however it's impossible to identify who's the real person involved in thar transaction in which it limits the scope of watchers in determining the identity of a person who is involved in any shady activity. I think stricting and regulating mixers should be their first step before considering this.

Many governments don't really have problems with online gambling. There are lots of fiat based online gambling registered and regulated by governments. I think what most governments will have hard time accepting are gamblings based on cryptocurrency.

I doubt it, for that to happen we will need for bitcoin to become the most dominant currency around the world, and while that possibility cannot be discarded I really doubt that governments are ever going to stop printing their own currencies since it gives to them too much unilateral power over people and their futures, however if bitcoin becomes big enough then I do not see why we could not reach a point in time in which every big casino has to accept bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies if they want to remain profitable.

There will never be all sites avoiding FIAT because more then ever in future people will have excess FIAT to spend and use.   I'm quite certain we will see a generation of inflation and excess money, you can see this will happen by the mountains of debt surrounding most people in most countries.   The debt is not repayable except by continually throwing out new cash to issue a lower rate of worth in repayment of the debt, its a trick continually repeated.  
   Governments may have all sorts of rules and regulations but the biggest motivator for them is like most people, to stay alive.   Too much debt and they will go broke, this excess money is there only chance not to screw up in the vast majority of cases of nations with large debt.   We can be sure there will many places using FIAT for a long time because the money itself is going to be plentiful and worth much less every year.

They banned crypto and therefore have nothing to expect with them. Bitcoin will keep dominating as the majority of the gamblers and gambling sites are only using bitcoin. The journey of crypto isn't stopping yet, thus it gives the possibility that people will be using crypto in gambling instead of using fiat. Crypto is still new in the market and still, it needs time to fully developed and gain full trust from the community.

We could see a majority of gambling sites accepting crypto. But for gambling site to completely ditch fiat, the world should do it first.
Crypto is still in it's early stage and developing. We don't know it's actual potential yet. Maybe we could have something different from what we call crypto or what we call fiat that could be the defacto money in the future. For current time, crypto gambling are getting more and more popular.

Probably it will happen but it takes time to that dreams could be true. Well, as I noticed that the companies who are continuing emerging now are these gambling sites. The number of companies that still growing right now is in the gambling industry. I have a doubt that all online gambling companies will only accept cryptocurrency because it is easy and reliable to use. However, since it is online gambling the possibility of using cryptocurrency is a high chance.

Agreed with you that to see major gambling sites based on cryptocurrency then the crypto itself should be mass adoption first and if we see with the current situations of crypto it very far to do so and casinos based on crypto currently only dominated by small casinos compare to the big casinos then the statistics to played is very less but i do believe it will happend in the future and casinos based on cryptocurrency could be new inovation for the people because unlike fiat casinos crypto offering good features to the users

For me, yes, the percentage is quite or 50/50  high that all online gambling sites will be cryptocurrency based in the future, but they will not remove that fiat money. Why the percentage is 50/50 its because the cryptocurrencies capability is superb, incomes to deposits/payment, withdrawal/ cashout, transactions, transparency, etc. But on the other side cryptocurrency is not that legal, now some countries prohibited cryptos, and some ppl still don't use cryptos. But the adaption is still there, and also the era of new technology is here is it's possible.

Yes, providing the prefer payment of each gambler on different casino is a perfect solution to this. There's no problem with the crypto casinos because they can easily add the payment (deposit/withdrawal) option for fiat easily. As a matter of fact, many already have already included that option.

As for the fiat casinos, they will start to think which will be the most preferred crypto by their users if they are about accept crypto deposits. The number one choice is always bitcoin and the rest depends on them with demand for the alt coins.

Yeah I also hope to see gambling sites accepting crypto for gambling right now in online and casino you will have to use fiat but some of them really accepts crypto as source of payment. It has to be thought of in terms of supply and demand, (in coming decade+) FIAT is going to be throwing out massive amounts of paper notes and some speculate that money will even become free (helicopter QE).  The reasoning why this will or even must occur is because of excessive debts.   The money produced must be part of the debt system built up by QE programs.  
  I know people will say what has this got to do with the OP question, the reason we all or most of us live in countries with big debt built up as part of fiscal budgets and we also all pay taxes in FIAT.   People will certainly be required to use this FIAT money in order the government debt system doesnt collapse so they will choose to spend this worthless paper money.  
  Ironically it could end up the crypto is not spent so much as people believe will appreciate in value, the fear being the FIAT paper will end up like Venezuela or Zimbabwe

Well that simply put things that people will continue to use Fiat currency in online gambling because cryptocurrency  cannot and will not monopolize the online gambling industry.  There will always be a country that will oppose cryptocurrency implementation especially in online gambling because government are too paranoid when it comes to money laundering.

That's no possible, maybe we will surpass the popularity of fiat gambling sites but we can never replace them.
Fiat gambling sites provides security to its gamblers, especially the high rollers as all of them are registered company and therefore if they would scam, a player or their client can sue them.

Most of the crypto based gambling sites are not registered, the best possibility I'm seeing is the growth of volume of gamblers as it could more attract small gamblers but that is actually good as volume means success, as it would provide consistent profit to a gambling sites.

The idea of all online gambling sites becoming Cryptocurrency based is not gonna happen, instead those big giant websites will add crypto currenty to their payment methods to take customers from Cryptocurrency based gambling websites. At least that what would probably happen in coming years. The current blockchain technology are still far away from achieving breakout that could change the entire world form centralized to decentralized, we're still not capable even to create professional Dapps.
