Almost everyone says that will dominate the market is bitcoin, because they always believe that bitcoin is the best and popular coin of all time.
because most people choose bitcoin because it proves to be profitable compared to other coins and always gives a good return, especially in long-term investments.

Bitcoin shows the most potential out of all the others on the cryptocurrency market, that's why a fair amount of people trust it, and ever since bitcoin reached an all time high last 2017, it had become a mainstream coin and basically became the face of cryptocurrency for quite some time. I still have trust on bitcoin, but who knows? The competition is pretty much close right now, let's just wait and see who comes up on top and stays there.

I am Preety much sure that Bitcoins will be at the top because between all the tensions created by the people who are into this business one should understand that it's hard to get this much people invested in a single thing and harder to hold them , the Bitcoins more or so have managed to do all that .
I don't think a third party will do any good , it might see some Sparks for the incoming days but then again we all know how it goes usually .

I think if investors will choose bitcoin as a place to make investments it is a very smart choice but the supply of bitcoin is very limited and only 21 million pieces of bitcoin so that it will make the unstable bitcoin price conditions make the price go up and down without anyone can predict so that it will provide a very high risk.

It's been 10 years but the bitcoin is still dominating the market, I also observed that most of people are only aware about bitcoin and they do not have knowledge about altcoins. I'm sure that the bitcoin will remain at top. I do not agree that time will come where an altcoin will replace bitcoin at the top. The competition is not stiff what you think like, it is already above 67% the domination of the bitcoin in the market.

For coming few years I do believe that btc will continue to dominate and their may be some other alternate currencies which may be on rise but still long way to go for them as well till dominating or reaching anywhere near bitcoin.  So plan accordingly and one can invest as per their budget and the situation .

To replace paper money with digital, you need global Wi-Fi, which would provide free, uninterrupted access to the network. If Elon Musk succeeds, then it will be possible to seriously talk about it, but so far this is a fantasy that can come true.

If I can ask a such question, and so many people thinking - Bitcoin will DOMINATE the market, then we don't reached OUR TARGET: to establish a

 - a kind of a NEW MARKET AND NEW ECONOMY... which one
 - well diversified,
 - well P2P,
 - well community driven,
 ...

To be able TO DOMINATE a such market EVER - is a WRONG attribute for a coin, if we HAD such requirements

I hope, through Bitcoin, trough Tether USD, through FED, ...  NOBODY CAN dominate this market any more

I think bitcoin will dominate the market Because it's an honest project and really old From the very beginning there's a bitcoin market only the worth is a smaller amount. But things of Bitcoin is far better than ever before and nobody can compete with Bitcoin.

I'm not an altcoin fan, I do not have a lot of knowledge about them, however I think that vechain has a great vision and a lot of supporters behind it.
Every coin has its own use. We cannot tell that something is going to replace something else.
