I think scammers came from all countries, since there is no nation without bad people (scammers). Pointing on India, African people or any other country out there, like Russia or Nigeria is not honorable. Everywhere are nice people and not so nice ones.

You are absolutely right. There aren't this type of situation that "all hackers are from India or Russia". Every country has its own hackers. You can make some statistics etc. do a research, but it is not right to pinpoint a nation for that.

There are scammers everywhere waiting and lurking for their next victim.

Location based, countries with broken justice system, hyper-corrupt and with bad relations with the victim's country tend to thrive. I remember reading long ago that, within the US Florida had the highest spammer per capita within the nation. Not sure if scammers as well.

Even if whatever he means here the truth will never change that scammers came from all over the world though there’re some countries to be majority yet we cannot track them down so the answer will never be consistent.there are scammers from Europe,Asia,Africa,America and even Antarctica but who can log them in to be specific?the answer is no one because scammers cannot be traced with them being knowledgeable in their fields

   The City of London (one square mile that's not part of the UK), Washington DC (not part of the USA) and, The Vatican (not part of Italy) form the tri-citites. These three city states that are not governed by the countries they reside within are home to the criminal cabal (Jews, Masons and Jesuits) who rule over us.

The City of London is the financial capital where the Jewish scammers plan and orchestrate their financial activities from. Washington DC is the military capital where the Masons who are a secret society of homosexuals make war on humanity. Finally the The Vatican is the spiritual capital where the Jesuits who are pedophiles plan and execute the rape of the worlds children and their minds.

The City of London is an infestation, a blight within her majesties kingdom subverting it from within. I highly recommend this square mile of corrupted land be surgically removed via a series of strategic carpet bombing runs. DC should also be raised to the ground and the US capital relocated to Omaha. Last but not least, every last pedophile priest in The Vatican needs to be rounded up and executed.
