New projects tend to give profits only in bullrun time and since no one knows when the next altcoin season will be its better to stick with old coins instead but for my i don't put my head in one basket,i have many new coins and old coins so no matter what some will fail and some will succeed, still gold research can safe you from scammers trap

True, Chaange is the only constant thing and we need to welcome the change happening in the space currently, we need to see it in a positive way, how could a project collected $20 million or more from investors and do not know how to generate revenue with it, we first need to weed these fake and zombie projects away from the space for the space to have room to grow

Speaking of bounty project I think they just like that sometimes you landed on a good one but mostly on a bad project.
That's just how life is, we have some ups and downtimes.
The important things about those circumstances are our experience to use it later when we want to invest or join on some bounty again.
Without those failures, we might not survive the waves of trial that we are facing on our future.

For a year now, the current market situation is bad, though bitcoin is recovering but we wanted to see altcoins market to be progressive again.

Even the legit one are crumbling down.  So those who have invested on these "legit project" are still at a lost.  So we cannot say that OP's statement is not legit at all, 50% is true and the other are not.

maybe the problem is with what you define as "legit", maybe they weren't really legit to begin with. there are lots of crappy projects that have put up a nice front and fooled many experts into thinking they are "legit" while they were the shittiest projects of all times!

the most successful method of making profit in altcoin market has always been pump and dumping altcoins and that is still successfully going on.
you just have to not get stuck in old already-pumped altcoins, if you want profit.

Even pump and dump have their victims so you can say it is a profit for some and a lose for many.  We cannot say that is a successful one.

I agree with OP's ideal.  Change is the only thing that is permanent so we need to be able to adjust and adapt to what is coming.  It only mean one thing, there is no stopping on learning everything that happen inside the crypto industry.

If your considering making profits from new projects only when the bull run happens then its probably not the real growth.

It can really be tiring, but like you said, we should never give up, we just need to find other available opportunities pending the time that the altcoin situation is resolved and we have some sanity in the house.

The thing is that even if we want to be patient with alts now, most alts too are not ready to change and the only thing that can make them to change is when they are some regulations, with regulations, we will have less of bad projects and have more of sound worthy project, but before regulations also, we also need to get our hands tidy and that is why we still have our favorite bitcoin to bridge the gap for us by trading with it to doing other things to work for it.

Yes, patience is a necessary tool to richness. If you have identified the road, what you need to do is be persistent, hard work and also focusing on that thing you are doing , the positive result will come. Therefore, you might be lucky in a particular project if you don't give up.

People starts to have the mindset of new project is equal to shit and scam projects that is why all the bounties are getting useless but this is not the problem for already existing coins so market keeps having more new investors which may leads to adoption even without no more new cryptos.

It seems to me that we should have foreseen this, because the cryptocurrency market is a tidbit for scammers who want to easily make big money.  This story has been going on since 2016, when scammers became interested in the ico companies market.  I believe that we should look at new projects only through the prism of public interest in these projects.  If a project really benefits the society and is used for its intended purpose, then such a project should really attract more investment.  Even when choosing a Bounty company, we should be guided by just such criteria.

Altcoin season hasn't started yet and the 20% increase in a day doesn't cover my -90% loss after the 2017 ATH prices. Big altcoins have the real use case and their platform is widely used by other altcoins. The altcoin season will start after the randomly x5 pumps on the small marketcap altcoins in my opinion.  XRP alone is gained over the 20% gain and Bitcoin is down 0.8% in a day, this is not alt season.

The specifics of the altcoins can change the crypto evident and the investors will want to invest more if such a stable increase hits the crypto market for a month at least. Blaming the market conditions is the old addiction of the teams without having the proper real working product and the unique idea on the whitepaper.

We need more increase to be convince that it's already an altcoin season.
The way I see it, it's not stable yet, it's not even one week and yet people are already concluding it's already an altcoins season.
I am actively monitoring the market in a daily basis, though I don't use TA all the time but by observing the price movement on a daily basis, we will know how unpredictable the market is, just like BTC when it hit $13K, we thought the bull run is here, but it dump and now only trading at $10K and we've been stuck here for months already.
