Buck is due in court Wednesday to respond to three counts of battery and injecting the alleged third victim with methamphetamine on Sept. 11, the Los Angeles Times reported.

Buck is accused of thwarting the man's attempt to get help. The man fled the apartment and reportedly called for help from a nearby gas station. He survived but was treated at a hospital.

This guy is seriously fucked up, hopefully prosecutors are able to put him away for a long time. No one should be able to do this.

It looks like the feds have taken control of this case now. I am hearing lots of chatter on the interwebs that Ed Buck has a lot of dirt on a lot of powerful people, which would explain why he has been getting away with his degeneracy for so long. Now that he is in federal jurisdiction and facing a mandatory minimum sentence of 20 years if convicted, this case could get a lot more interesting. Either that or there will be another Epstein type event. This case is going to be the thread that unravels tons of other corruption if he survives.

the victim and the victims medical record is the proof
so no its not just some private domestic small matter of smashing plates and arguing.. but a known crime which has no legal defense of making attempted murder acceptable behind closed doors
