Anytime. A volatile market is one of the best bitcoin feature when you do have knowledge about it. Somehow it could work with your way.

A little patience and some greedy moments can make you money.
Example is buying last year and then selling now. Or buy now then wait for the increase to happen again.
It could be anytime and no one knows the exact date of each movement.

As a newbie, you need to understand that this forum has been existing for a very long time, making a new account, I understand you are also trying to get your rank up by making post, but there are some post that you should indirectly know would have been existing already like this one, so many people has in the past asked this question in which many people has also answered based on their own opinion, you should have just searched for this topic first before making a new one.

well not to waste your post, yes, this is the best time to invest in bitcoin because the value is still very low and there is going to be more increase in future, but when you invest now, don't be like these other investors that don't want to understand that bitcoin investment is a long term investment which will require it's of patience.

If you choose to invest this is still a good time.

After the halving choose one of the following

- Path of the HODL. If you want to be in BTC for at least 5 years and want good returns. If so do nothing and sit back and enjoy the rollercoaster. Store BTC in cold wallet. You should remain in profit through the next bear cycle even if it drops from $70k back to $20k or so... you know you want that $1M so take it like a boss...

- Path of the BULL. If you want to maximize this wave you must leave when BTC goes vertical. This means when BTC grows like crazy and you at least doubled your money. BTC is going up $1000 a day and everyone wants in (that’s your cue). So get out before the big dump or after. Otherwise you are in the “path of the HODL” and will have to wait a few years or grab your losses. If you get out and want to buy in low again then wait,wait,wait until you get to the months of sideways like now and buy back in.

The only time when it didn't pay off ( in the short term) to invest in Bitcoin was in late December 2017 when the price hit ATH of $20 000. People who invest in a range from $14k up have not been able to make any profit so far, but if they hold that will change in the future.

Based on that, this is the right time to invest in Bitcoin because it is realistic to expect that the price will start to rise at some point. I think we are still in the accumulation period, and the situation is in a way the same as in the time while Bitcoin was at $1000. People are dreaming about $10 000, but many wait for some new drop to $200 to buy more.

Today $10k may seem expensive, but I find it quite a realistic price for something such unique as Bitcoin. We can look at it in a way that Bitcoin is gain $1000 for every year of its existence, which doesn't mean we have to wait next 90 years to reach $100k.

Perfect timing as well, though not really good unlike the time it was only 200k now is already at 500k plus USD anyway, the price still cheap compared to its ATH so I think its okay, dont wait for the bottom price cause youll never know what price this will fly off and could surpass its ATH, at least you have some in youre purse when that time happens.

Lots of rumors say's more or less speculations that btc will hit 20k before this year ends. Lets just wait and see if its true.

Looks like the price is under $10k last I checked, that means it is a great time to make another 5% to 10% profit once again, remember anytime bitcoin went under $10k and didn't went any further below it went up back above $10k once again which means price of bitcoin will definitely go up soon. That is why I have put all of my savings to bitcoin yesterday, it looked like a great idea and I am not sure if I will be happy at the end of this or sad but I know that I made my decision and will sell when it makes 5% profit (could make more but I don't want to risk too much).

Normally, I diversify my investments into many things but at the same time this was such a good price that I couldn't miss it so all my money is in bitcoin right now and waiting for it to go up.

for now, too I feel that it's good enough to have a lot of bitcoin. the price is currently not so high, and there are many news reports that the price of bitcoin will be quite high in the years to come, and some people think that bitcoin will exceed its ATH.

generally speaking people have been asking this same question for as long as bitcoin existed and even when its price was about $1, during big rises, during big falls, etc. and the answer to all of them is always the same YES. you can see that none of those short term fluctuations matter now that price is this high and the fluctuations of today won't matter in the near future either.

of course you always want to get the best price when you buy in, and since right now price is under the intrinsic value of bitcoin that means you are buying in a negative bubble at a discount.

Answer is pretty simple.  Bitcoin price have little chances to go under $6000. We are now at $8000, so like 30% above that. You can gamble and try to get lower price sub $7000. But what if price never go that low? Will you just forget about Bitcoin then? Not care that one day will be worth a million?


Best to buy Bitcoin is every month a bit. Buy $100 a month ( I dont know your income. So you buy as much as you can normally afford). Do this for few years and then see what you did.

Yeah, if you still looking for the right time to buy BTC then you are wasting your time as I consider right now to be the appropriate time to invest in BTC. Since the coin is still in a good price range of 8.1k$ and if you still wait for the price drop then you might even lose this opportunity also as I don't think that the price would follow a backtrack from here. Moreover, I believe that investing now would be a profitable deal since the next we are having 2020 halving and after that, the crypto could experience great inflation in the prices...

With a halving due in less than a year, I'd say the price stands a good chance of increasing in the medium term and BTC is highly expected to break through $ 9,000 at any given moment and $ 10,000 during the winter. the current rate is $ 8,000 - 8,300. Which means that within the next 3-4 months, you could easily gain 20-25%.

Some of them are still lost in this believe that bitcoin will still drop to somewhere around $6000 and this is the news that has been making round the internet as regards bitcoin, and I don’t know why people are still not wise not to listen to some of these speculations as they have no strong fact that is backing it up.

That was exactly how some people lost out of buying bitcoin at $5000 when it suddenly made a drastic move towards there and many of them where speculating of bitcoin correcting back to $3000 and since then, they have all been waiting for bitcoin to drop down to that amount and never even got a chance to invest which I believe that these are still the group of people that are trying to create panic so that their dream can be achieved and people should be very careful falling into the trap, now is the best time to invest in bitcoin.

In my own opinion, evey time is the right time to invest in bitcoin because a lot of people have been given a great opportunity after they invest their money in bitcoin that they start earning huge profit from it, and they could now do the things that they didn't do before they invest their money in bitcoin. So you should invest before it's too late.

I think why a lot of people are asking the same question everytime when there is a price correction and it makes me think that they are not certain with what they just saw. Although if you are an old member here in the forum, you will know what is really happening in the market.

So for those who aren't so sure when to invest in Bitcoin must have to learn the basics first of trading. By doing that, you will know how the market moves and what are the reasons behind it by looking the news and articles.

If I were to make a prediction now based on the recent move I'd say we are at the bottom. If we go to 6k we'll break the long term trendline we've been following for years. This happening before the halving would be very strange. Since I always follow the news and the fundamentals and not the short term TA like traders I see value above 10k USD and this is where we should be sitting right now. 8-12 k would be very reasonable. 6k not so much. If you buy now you'll enjoy life next year.

I think that may depend on your plan whether are you buying bitcoin for long-term or short-time. If you are buying bitcoin for long-term you don't have to worry about the current bitcoin price since you are going to HODL for the long-term, you can buy bitcoin anytime. But if you are buying bitcoin for the short-term now is not a good time because the bitcoin price falling down, it is better to wait until January 2020.

For now, is not appropriate if you want to choose a long-term investment. Because the current market is very bad.
Not just Bitcoin but altcoins also decreased and increased unconducive. For short-term do day trading to take profit.
