These question is being asked from the very beginning even when the price was under $1 and now today we have over $10k. There are no right time to invest in Bitcoin. You do not invest in Fiat, do you? You earn it.

Bitcoin is a currency and in the same fashion you can earn it to. Find a way to earn it (from job, from business etc) or whenever you have extra fiat then buy it without thinking much about the usd price.

Ask yourself which type of savings is good?
1. Fiat in the bank which will have multiple time less buying power after ten years from now
or
2. Bitcoin which has limited supply and increasing the demand as we go.

Decision is up to you.

Nobody can tell you if this is a good time to invest or bad, since no one can know where the BTC price will go next. It might jump by thousands of $ in a week, or it might drop by just as much. In one scenario, you win, in the other one — you lose. If you are determined to buy BTC and take this risk, any time is as good as any other, since you can't know what will happen next. It might be better to try and earn BTC instead of purchasing it. That way, you won't lose your fiat money, even if the price crashes again. Just a thought.

Read the market then go to its history chart then maybe you can find some clue.
But I doubt it will always be accurate.
The first thing you might read about Bitcoin or the word the embraces it is volatility.
We can just speculate but will never find the best answer.
The safest answer will be, every time is the right time to buy for it can increase in price anytime too.

Every time is a great time to invest in Bitcoin because it is still increasing its price every year had past and we get to get another New all-time high every time it gets past its latest one, So in my opinion, even though we see that the price is pretty large at the moment just look at the future for bitcoin when it will get the latest all-time high, but still getting in a more smaller price just can get you saves an amount of money to invest, and if that is what you want then look for past movement and research on when will another downtrend will begin.

I think it is no matter about time, what most important is you ready or not. If not ready, better to wait for cheap price if you can speculate when it is happen. If can't speculate but ready, just buy and hold. If not i think it is not bad to wait. At least when price down, you not lose your money. Or maybe learn about technical analysis first it is better than ask person's opinion that can cause you more confused.

Maybe try to familiarize with cryptocurrency so you can distinguish when you can invest in a certain crypto. Anytime you can invest in bitcoin and anytime you can sell it. Right now, I keep on buying bitcoin and little by little I  can store huge amount of bitcoin on my wallet.

I believed OP is well aware of BTC's potential. Might be confused on what price level should be entered.

Although I'm optimistic about bitcoin reaching our desired target price, I don't want to told OP or even anyone that "this is the right time" to put money on BTC. I want OP to make analyzations and conclusion on his own so that he will be comfortable on his actions and not just following other's suggestion.

Anyways, can you consider implementing crypto payments on your website? That would be nice.

TA aside, if you don't own any BTC you should seriously consider buying some. Philosophically because Bitcoin is freedom, and speculatively because they might be worth millions someday.

Now here are my thoughts on the technicals:
Mid/long term
Short term

Basically, I think there is room for a shakeout into the lower/mid-$9,000s or possibly even the $8,000s (unlikely) short term. Over the next several months though, I think price will ~ double from here to retest the 2017 ATH.

Nope, you already missed the chance when no one is looking at it except for us who are already in have a position in the bear market. Now that Bitcoin is consolidating at this levels you now have to understand that this is not the perfect time to buy in because you really don't know if it will continue to go up in this level or go down. It's really a 50-50 chance and there is really no point in risking your money if you don't have a position already. Investing is not really about just holding it you always need to consider on how you can maximize your profit with your capital and have a margin of safety when entering the market. The margin of safety is also something you can't get at this stage because we already are consolidating.

It's always a good time to buy some Bitcoin if you're planning on holding those coins for the longer term or trading those coins for the mid- to long-term, and if you're dollar cost averaging your entries, even better. You're definitely not too late to the party if you don't own any coins at this point in time, either. It's true that we could be seeing a breakdown in prices in the short and mid-term for various reasons based on TA, though this isn't a huge deal if you're not trading on leverage or in the shorter-term.

Since many have answered your question if it is the right time to buy bitcoin. I just want to remind you that be careful maybe there will be people that try to scam you by making it look that they are assisting you.

Use only legit websites and don't visit websites that you are not very familiar.  Buy on exchanges that are popular like coinbase, binance, kraken and other well known exchanges.

There is never one certain time to hold Bitcoin, I'd tell you the same thing I'd say for alot of things which is to distribute your monthly income over much time not try to decide perfectly if today is the day to buy Bitcoin and hope it will just gain from here.
  Probably there is not one day we know Bitcoin rises, not even 1 week or month can we be sure.    Decide if you think Bitcoin is a valid market and product going forward, is it useful around the world will it be needed more or less.  If you like its prospects then buy some BTC every month for at least the next year and then keep coming back with that long term view to decide.
  Its a bad idea to try and buy a ticket where you gamble BTC just rises from here.    It works out badly because people make the mistake of selling if the price goes down 10% and that isnt a big move for BTC, so might see its down 10% but miss the bigger picture where it could gain 100% over the yearly view.    Its really easy to miss the bigger picture, when the price was low earlier this year there was alot more questions about selling and so the market is quite ironic in offering the most opportunity when we least expect it.    There was nobody a few years back telling us the price would be this high, giving perfect advice and so I dont expect anyone to know perfectly know what the future course is.
      I just see FIAT has many problems and an absence of solutions, this isnt the only path for value to flow but its likely a new sector so due to receive alot of growth.  Many private companies think the technology will be duplicated and utilized and there is nothing special about the particular brand that is BTC, so there is several questions to consider.

When i post this, bitcoin price get dumped. Maybe correction happen, if want to buy i think this time is good time. But if want to wait until it down again, it is ok. Just keep watch price of bitcoin i think there will be a big movement but don't know up or down. Hope people not panic because of this.

Yes, today will be the good time to buy bitcoin because the price is down too deep. You can buy bitcoin at $9k price level and there is a big chance for bitcoin to be back to $10k soon. If you don't want to miss the chance to buy bitcoin at now, you should buy directly at the market but don't use too big money because bitcoin can get down for more or even it will be back to the higher price.

If you can use 2 orders buy at the market, one for the price now but with a little amount, and two for the lower price than the price now, I think you will have a lower average price to buy bitcoin. You can divide the order buy into more than 2 order buy and that will depends on your money. Before you buy, I hope you already analyze the price and the trend so you don't make a wrong buy.

There is some good move in price over the past week, and after a long the price of bitcoin have come down to $10000. Following this there is more chances for the price of bitcoin to go low, and if the resistance is maintained above $9500 we can expect sudden pump of price taking the value above $12000 at the shortest. Considering all these it is good to invest by now or wait for a while and make the investment.

I believe today is a great day, you may not be sure about the other days but I am definitely sure about today, I even switch some of my savings to bitcoin (just a small number) because I really believe in today.

First of all altcoins made a profit just recently, then bitcoin dropped, now what we have in our hands is three options, either people will leave crypto for good, which is always an option and some people do it everyday, or people will switch from their altcoin profits back to bitcoin because it went low and will have a chance to go higher, or the last option is people will move more bitcoin towards altcoins because they saw people making profit and they want in as well. I feel like second option is the most common feeling in people and I will bet on that.
