I checked your site, it is an interface and I can’t do anything through it. Maybe you need to redesign it.
You have enough security in the case of PayPal but need some trust for BTC transactions. You may need to put some money into escrow to gain that trust.
Instead of performing transactions manually you can do them automatically by using this open-source https://btcpayserver.org (LN payment.)
Or using Bitpay.com (KYC) coingate.
