I believed there is none at the moment where we can play this using crypto. Or maybe we aren't just informed so I like to know too if there's any. This game is addicting even back when it doesn't have yet a standalone app (in the past, this game can only be accessed via Miniclip).

Hey, I played this game before on my computer in the past, but I don't remember the name. I think I already saw it earlier in Facebook, but I don't know if that is 8 Ball Pool or 9 Ball Pool because, in that time, I don't play that game and only play Poker Texas. But maybe you will not find many gambling websites that have 8 Ball Pool on their site because the game is only a video game. Yes, the game was very addictive, and if we win one or more rounds, we still want to play another round.

I'm not sure there's a gambling platform for this 8 ball game. the thing you might do is to buy a large amount coin from other people and then gambling the coin and you can sell it again when you already double up your capital. I just bought 100 million coins for $ 12 last week and playing for fun only.

This would be a good fun game tbh, although it's hard to actually know if someone else on the other side is cheating or not--but of course that could easily be prevented if there would be a service/platform that would overseer the said games/activity. Shame that only a few people are interested into buying the in-game coins for cosmetics, tournament entries and whatnot. That could have been a nice experience, too, if the market is really big and there are a lot of interested users playing the game.

Perhaps established gambling services here in this forum would heed our call.

Since the year 2015 and I don't know if that is still active. I love that game and I hope there is a gambling platform that offers on that kind of games. I quite agree with DarkDays that there wouldn't any way to verify fairness from both parties. There a lot of clones available for 8 pool especially for Android users, and I used one a few days which had this very long cue with which you could easily pot the into any desired pocket. MiniClip has been doing it's best to block accounts found to be using such mods or hacked version but I'm not sure if they'll be able to every changes done to app from users end if it doesn't have/try to alter any details from their database.

Yes, cheaters are everywhere literally! But Miniclip is not offering any gambling opportunity in their android game. It's just normal in-game coins which has no value in real world. Players can earn those coins but that's not real gambling in any way!

I am sure that, building and maintaining a bot free skill based game is difficult, but very lucrative on the other hand. because a lot of people are willing to invest in skill based games rather than investing in luck-based game!

This must give an idea to some developers out there.  8 Ball Pool is a popular game, a player doesn't have to learn poker to gamble anymore but this is if the dev can find a way to verify fairness of the game. There are more games like this in miniclip, it would be fun to see even chess game will also be on betting sites today.

That's right.If it's a skill-based game it can most likely be exploited.The game has to be based on luck,in order for it to be suitable for gambling.I used to play billiard games,when I was a kid.Now,I'm not interested in billiard sports.They are kinda boring for me.
Maybe some game developer could modify a version of 8-ball pool,which is based on luck,not skills.

I love billiards but haven't played at 8 ball, I usually play 9 ball game.
I was thinking that the content of this thread is a live game for players playing 8 ball where we can bet in our sportsbook, but was surprise it's an online game.

The lines to the ball direction I think made this boring but taking that out must make the game fair which means both player will have to depend on their instinct to push the que to the target. That I think will be of skills.

Not the very exciting game to some people but to some its what make them stay up the night drinking beer, playing pools and betting. The locals have different kind of games when it comes to billiards which makes it more exciting.

Small number of interested people?? Man, this game is one of the top grossing game in android with over 500 million plus downloads! It is one of the most popular games of android marketplace!

Secondly, it is a skill based game so I believe a lot of people will become interested in betting on this. Only keeping the bots out will be a challenge for the casinos but with the use of technology even that can be achieved!

Because this game is not favored on them, this game will have an advantage on us. Billiard game is so easy and yes it is based on skill game. In the P2P version, I think they also not get a good revenue on this so they did not include this gamble games on other feature games like dice, roulette, and cards games which very common. IMO. But probably this game will have if someone having an effort to develop this game and apply it into blockchain technology.

That's the hard part yet we wouldn't know if we are fighting a bot or someone uses some aimbot on the game which is really an advantage for them and the
easy reason for you to lost.I remember up this game and yes this one is enjoyable.

Crypto implementation will always vary on adoption depending of the team or creators of this game will consider out bitcoin or not.For now I haven't seen any
similar games that do integrate crypto.
