The reason why i don't like new wallets
1. They always have low users which means they have nothing new to offer, even if new users try them out, once they don't see any thing new they bounce back to their old wallet, repetitive at work

2. Many new wallets on playstore can't be trusted, they have different set of aims, some have access to your private keys but they will fool users thinking you are the only one in control of the private keys and some don't  give out private keys to users, they work as online wallet

For wallet, I prefer to use mobile wallet, which is Trust wallet. In addition to having a large user base, Trust wallet has partnertship with Binance and this adds to user confidence. Besides being easy to use, the thing to remember is to always back up seed words

I've never used a wallet that I didn't know about (new wallet). only wallet that already has a good reputation that I install and use right now, for example imtoken, atomic wallet (pc & android). so far i have never experienced a problem, no one stole of my private key or balance.

I suggest you if you are looking for a new wallet do not directly search for PlayStore, because everyone can upload applications in Playstore. But you have to find an official source from who issued the wallet. Suppose you are looking for a Coinbase wallet, then you visit the Coinbase website, then search for the app. If not, then get ready to lose your assets.
I would suggest him the same. Playstore is not the right place to look for such things. You cannot trust all the apps that get uploaded there. Actually, 99 percent of them ask for nonsense permissions and the user grants them because either they do not pay much attention or there is no other option. All of the wallets will ask about keys and access to other sensitive information. Visit authentic sites and utilize them.

New wallet are somehow tricky and very dangerous to use. Using new wallet is like risking one fund because there are certain features that are yet to be made available in such new wallet which also may lead to the wallet been hacked. I suggest lovers of crypto to stick to old wallet in safeguarding their funds and crypto assets.

Smh, never trust new wallets. You can always find good old services like freewallet or blockchain wallet to safely store your coins.

yes you are right if using a new wallet is very high risk, it's better to use a wallet that is already trusted because there have been many cases of losing money when using a new wallet, I suggest everyone use Imtoken because it is very safe, I use it for more than 2 years

Absolutely right! I never used the new wallet I only trust the old wallet either it is BTC wallet or Ethereum base. and I am safe. The new wallet especially which are available on play store are 100% risky do confirm their trust score and community before joining.

With this kind of problem, it isn't about the verification if the wallet really do comes from the original source. Because here's the thing, what could we expect from an original source if they, themselves are not competent and worthy enough to provide service to people? Because if they aren't capable of having security features and couldn't provide basic functions of a secured wallet, hoe come could we start using it in the first place.

New wallets can be trusted with their funds, if this application is from a well-known company or development group, for example, Metamask was such in due time.

I totally agree with you OP, there are a lot of wallet created by "hackers" and they want to steal coins, i also advice to not trust new wallet even if are for windows, macosx or linux before is made a good research because they might have malware or are wallets with already saved passphrases and private keys before and if put coins there they will be stolen, always please do research when join any new domain.

It is very important for us to be more careful when deciding to use a new wallet, because as you said that some wallets are made by hackers who want to make a profit by stealing coins from some wallets that have good coins to take. And we need to pay attention that the wallet has features that are safe for its users or make sure that the wallet guarantees the safety of its users.

Those new wallets is not trustable by many people. If I were you, I will do some research first before I store my money there. Check first the rating of the said wallet and ask the insights of other people first for you to be able to avoid those scamming cases or lose money case. Be mindful on what you are doing and always do some research before you move.

Well then, it is a matter of choice if you will be using those new wallets even if they are that demanding to have access on too many aspcts that must remain private for you. If I were you, I will just stick into the old wallets for the reason that like applications on the play store they also have updates in line with the needs and wants by its users so there is no really big gap between the new wallets and the old ones. Just retain using the wallet in which you have trust and proven worthy to be used and entrust your assets. The main reason why we are using wallets is to keep our assets safe and sound right? So just settle for the ones that are proven safe and trustworthy despite of the fact that it is old because no matter what the aim is, they are all just the same wallets being used for storing, the difference is just that there are added features to make it more accessible and more convenient for the user.

Various mobile wallets and extensions like Metamask introducing day by day, and some of them are good. Still, most of them are not due to insecure and after some time not using b user, and they don't have any rating, so always should use known wallets instead of low rating and unknow or newly launched wallets.

Actually, the new wallet is not bad, it's just that we don't understand how to use it, and until now I use five wallet models to store my coins, some of which are wallet blockchain, trust wallet and coinomi.

Yes, but maybe we can make exceptions for some wallets, like trust wallet, I have used it for a long time and until now there has never been a problem.
but it is unfortunate if the new wallet uses the same thing or there are no additional features.
it will only increase the number but no development will be created.

I always use a wallet that has been trusted by many crypto communities and always look at the review of the wallet before use because it is very important that our assets are safe.
