When I start up cgminer it tells me that my GPU couldn't be enabled and it is likely because some other process is using the GPU.  The exact message is below.

Code:
[2011-11-14 17:01:53] Failed to init GPU thread 1, disabling device 0
[2011-11-14 17:01:53] Restarting the GPU from the menu is unlikely to fix this.
[2011-11-14 17:01:53] Try stopping other applications using the GPU like afterburner.
[2011-11-14 17:01:53] Then restart cgminer.
Press enter to continue:

I looked through my running processes and I don't think any of them are using the GPU but I would like to be sure.  I can't figure out how to figure out what processes are accessing the GPU.  Does anyone think that this is a cgminer problem?
