How many crypto exchanges are really required?

Many believe that running a cryptocurrency is pretty good business. So that could be the reason why new exchanges just keep popping up.

This is creating a competitive environment among the exchanges hence we are getting fairly good dividends or exchange rate.

I have never kept tokens or coins on the exchange for a long time because it is very risky, I use exchanges as needed. I mean as a transaction tool and nothing more than that. on the one hand I am comfortable using the Binance and KuCoin exchanges. only 2 exchanges that I use as needed

Actually, I would be happy to use only one Exchange, but the reason it is not enough is that different cryptocurrencies are listed on different Exchanges, so you need accounts on many of them to trade.

thats the problem that we face right now  . why can they just list all the coins in one exchange ? if its posible ? wouldnt it be better to save time searching and to save fees as well from trading on different exchnage sites  but trading exchange are like a business  they want to make a different exchange so that they can earn just like on a normal business that we see  . cant you notice there are not only one store ? there are not only one banks ? etc... thats what you  call a business .

There are many accounts required on the exchange. One coin is traded on different exchanges, so you need an account. Different exchanges. Specifically, it is difficult to specify for Hunter. All exchanges must have this account. However, a small transaction is allowed for Hunter's. This is good for Hunter.

actually all we need is a few exchanges like, 1 DEX for each DApps Platform and some CEX to exchange crypto to Fiat.

but unfortunately many people who want to benefit from this industry, eventually many exchanges that are not worth releasing. the effect is that many altcoins don't have a trading volume because of the listings there.

It's possible that in the future every country will have their own exchange, exchange is a huge business and every company wants a slice of the market, for me it's not tright that 10 excahanges will control the whole market, the more exchanges the more volume and they are going to satisfy investors to meet their standard.

Everyone will not like all the 10 exchanges because they have their own issues with the exchanges and that's why we need more exchanges. Based on the demand we might see different exchanges will launch in different countries because every coin will not pay higher fees for listing the coin in higher volume exchanges.

We have no choice but to sign up to these exchanges because if not we cannot trade coins that we are holding, as long as the exchange is and the security is ok you can open to that exchanges, we have a growing community and industry and exchanges are an integral part of this industry expect more exchanges to come to this community.

Well I think those crypto exchanges are really required which provides best services to their users it does not matter if these are small or big exchanges crypto community wants trustable platforms where they can trade easily without any kind of issues. Afterall we all know that some big exchanges are providing good services and benefits only for their big traders so this is the plus point for small exchanges to give their best services and benefits to its traders equally even they are small or big trader it does not matter, and this what make these exchanges big in future.

It's complicated and inconvenient, but sometimes to fix profit or cut the losses you need to sell your sh*coinsbags on those exchanges.

The crypto space is large enough accommodate more exchange. Daily new project are been created to join the market race. Having a few particular number of top exchange will never be enough. Remember not all project can list their token on binance, idex, kucoin, bittrex due to their cost rate for listing

Just try to stick only to reputable exchanges. Most projects require new exchanges because the top exchanges won’t allow them to enter the market mainly because they are shitcoins, that is the reason why I don’t invest in exchanges other the top ones.

the only reason I use small exchanges is for the selling my coins that I earned in the bounty campaign. as a rule, such coins do not immediately go to large exchanges

IF you are a good trader or investor, 3-4 exchanges are good enough to have for you to safely monitor the coins/tokens you have.
If you are like me who deal with bounty campaigns then we are dealing with unlimited exchanges, coz we just create account with those exchanges.
Which our project team dealing with, yeah, we dont have any control if the token we have from payment will be listed in new exchange then we have no choice but go there.

I feel you and i have the same situation like you, it is true that you cannot stop doing accounts on new excahnges because we are bounty hunters.
We depend on the team of the project where the token will be listed and we will follow them there and create account.

In the free market economy, there is no interference or unwillingness.
The proliferation of exchanges is essential both for adaptation and for the expansion of cryptocurrencies. Because cryptocurrencies are not limited to a single country and are not limited to a single geography.
Each country must have at least 3-4 different exchanges for a competition to take place. Which of these you choose is still up to you.

Choose the Exchange with Altcoin that you need to trade with large trading volumes, fast and efficient in withdarw and deposit. In my opinion, just select about 5 Exchange for your transactions!

Usually, we need only one exchange that will have all of the cryptocurrency. But with many people, especially for people who have big funds, they see that creating the exchange will give another money, so they raise to build many exchanges in out there. So we can see now, many exchanges available and ready to be used and you are free to choose which exchanges that will suit your need. You don't have to register on more than 5 exchanges if you cannot manage each exchange. You could only have 2 or 3 exchange so you can maintain all of your assets.

I don't know how you earn through your activity because without investment it is impossible to earn through this exchange. People who are very good at trading will always make a very good profit through trading on the above-mentioned exchanges. In the same way, there are many fake exchanges launching on a daily basis, which we need to be very careful with the exchanges.
