Got SCAMMED of $400 by Travex for buying SES Accs

What happened::  Travex sold  few SES accs to me earlier which made me to trust him  as a legit seller but on the 31st of july i send him $400 for some SES accs. He refuse to deliver the acc, refuse to re-fund me and never responded back to me again. Few days ago i saw him online and called him a scammer. He replied back with " spam more no one knows". He successfully scammed me of $400 and also insulted me for calling him via telegram

Additional Notes: I know have being scammed already and my money is never going to be refunded but i highly recommend the Mod should look into my proves and kick  him out of this forum so as to avoid others innocent members from falling victim. Thanks
