Nobody is going to buy those coins, when they can buy them for €1.67 on mtGox right now.

perhaps my english is really a bit messed up.

What i mean is there is someone in kiwicountry who WANTS TO BUY 1000 coins for 3 Euro a piece.

I cannot sell to him cause I have no local account there and thats the only accepted method of payment
for him as stated on BitmarketEUR.

Someone arbitrage this.

And if you do and sell him the coins, he would just refuse to pay, as happened to me before.
It's just a desperate way to try to keep bitcoins value high.

The bid was placed on 2011-05-25. This chump[ette] probably abandoned Bitcoin months ago. Also, [s]he is Australian.
