2 days from now Bakkt launch will be happen. There are lot of eyes here in the forum are waiting for this event, were the owner of BAKKT was
the owner of the biggest stock exchange in new york and entering in bitcoin industry business.  I hope everything will be in good result in the end. And about accumulating Bitcoin, my answer is yes I am accumulating it little by little anyhow, it may not big as you think but at least I save some few of bitcoins in my wallet.

Always accumulating, brother. Bakkt, no Bakkt, maybe Bakkt, bear or bull, my story with Bitcoin is always the same. It's called dollar cost averaging if I want to be fancy, but it simply means I assume I am still on the starting point, big picture. 10k, 5k, 15k. Entry at any of those won't really matter when we are at 100k, 150k, 200k.

But sure, of course, lower the better until parabola arrives!

The Bakkt is launching tomorrow just as Bitcoin is having a good dip. This can be interesting how the market will eventually react to this development...will it mean a continuation of the downhill slide or will it be a catalyst for Bitcoin to go up? I think they will continue to delay. I have not seen a real sign that Bakkt is well prepared for this launch, they need to prepare more and wait for the market to join.
You know, there are many good projects but it has become a shit when participating in the market that is selling, it will make the value of the business plummet. I think they will continue to delay and wait until mid-October, when the market starts to grow again.

There's no more hype on bakkt as far as I can see, just look at the price, maybe someone is trying to manipulate, it could bring more money though as prior to the the launched more people and institutions can get inside because the price is below $10k.

On the level of $9k yes but right now I stopped for a while because I still don’t know if BAKKT can really affect the price of bitcoin or not. If they succeed maybe the price of bitcoin will not go up easily and maybe it will take more time or more weeks before we feel the effect of BAKKT exchange, be patient and trust bitcoin, we will see the peak again soon.

The weather is not like that bakkt is a huge things for bitcoin. People are not talking more about bakkt where only 1 day is remaining to Launch.  The price of bitcoin is also silent. Been saving BTC even If there's no Bakkt. Just by looking at the previous chart about the halving, it makes sense to really save bitcoin as much as you can. As for the Bakkt, I'm one of those who really thinks that it can have a great impact on the market, whether short or long term. But don't get excited though, much better not to set high expectations on Bakkt and just let the economics of bitcoin takes over and see the effects in the future.

Agree, we will just watch what will happens on the day that Bakkt starts operating and offering their service. And I think the Bakkt effect and hype were only discussed numerous times because of the great depression on the bear period in 2018 where everyone was clinging to any hope that Bakkt would change it. But BTC spiked to $13k without baakt this year so I don't how much it will really impact the price now that btc has already pumped.

Just as I noticed after bakkt launching, the Bitcoin price value was rapidly went down in the market. Where most of the investors got a chance to buy a huge of bitcoin, where most of the altcoins too got dumped their price too. In which I think is a good timing for us to buy em then hold in a long term.

People too would actually want to watch the effect of it before they put in money, and this is the reason we all fall for FOMO, because we wait for the effect to start manifesting before we believe or get the signal that we will get some increase in the value. If it was in the past, the value of bitcoin would have actually shoot up, but I have not seen any difference too even while people were anticipating, and it seems that majority of us were more of being hopeful than to act on investment.

The same way that you and I didn’t because of this news invest and then expecting some push in price is the same way that other didn’t take step too to act on making extra investment. Overtime, I think as the platform gets expansion, we will be seeing more of response of bitcoin to this factor as regards its value.

2018 also had a futures contract launched and then things got very bad for just a few days and caused the BTC value to drop continuously. This year I was more careful and was fortunate to sell BTC at $10,000 and avoid a lot of big risks in investment. The fact that Bakkt was launched only made the market fall even more and I really didn't like it because it greatly affected the assets of so many people.
