CAPS is a planned privacy blockchain with a focus on security,scalability and total privacy.
We successfully conducted a private sale of tokens in March 2019 at a price of $ 0.08 per token. We raised enough money to develop the product, so we will no longer raise funds.
We are launching Airdrop so that more people can learn about our project. After finishing Airdrop, we will launch the main network so that all users can test the network.

This project is a scam, they only look for channel members, and then they change their project channel to the airdrop channel. Scam project don't join

To be honest, I’m not sure what to think. It says that as of 10/20/2019 that any number of tokens can be withdrawn, but it won’t allow me to. Still trying to figure things iut since i am new to the whole crypto thing. Guess I will see.
